It depends I guess upon the people oriented and non-people oriented staff. Although there are different locations throughout Massachusetts you can definitely know the type of staff that cares about what you get as opposed to just being the next number in line.

The workers here are awesome. Friendly and they’re not gonna serve you burnt food or wrong drinks like other Dunkin’s do. My drink is always correct when I come to this dunkin. It’s the best one in the area.
