Listen I am not one to write reviews really, but I feel this one needs to be shared as I get frustrated with this dunkin all the time I go only because it’s right there from my job. I went there today 11/17/24 trying to get 6$ meal deal they had no bacon or hash browns which okay that’s fine that is not what I’m complaining about, I get a plain bagel with cream cheese and coffee. I get to my job and take the bagel out it is as hard as a rock, there’s literally one tiny scoop of cream cheese which isn’t even spread out really it’s where the hole is in the bagel. How can anyone even eat that? I had no choice as it was already paid for and I was on break. Not to mention they always got some type of attitude

Dirtiest dunkin I've been to. Horribly managed and, now having been inside I'll never go back. The owner should watch the tapes, that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. It's a Serve Safe nightmare.

I waited for 15 minutes and the guy at the employee that was supposed to be making my food was on his phone. There was no one at the window, as he tried to make the excuse that the drive-through takes priority. I tried to get a refund on my order, but he said that no one can do it except a manager, and he was not there apparently. I am never going here again.

Not shocked by the one star rating. Just started coming to this neighborhood and stopped in this morning and it was a total cluster. Doors not open and manager claimed all the DD systems were down nationwide and they could only take cash, but she was printing receipts and people were picking up mobile orders so clearly a lie. Sticking with Starbucks.

If I could put negative stars I would!! Everytime I go there after 3 pm they are closed when they are supposed to be open until 8pm. I live down the street and worked morning shift there in 2023. I don’t understand why there lobby is never open !
Service is not bad but an employee has their screaming baby at work with them lol and the food was pretty bad (tastes old like it’s been sitting all day)

Super slow service, no sense of urgency. Waited 10 minutes for my online order to be ready after placing it 10 min before I got there. Flies in the donut case, employees complaining about how “f’ing” hot it was in there… and the best part, paying $7.00 for a drink only to get the wrong drink.

Very upset, I go to buy my coffee all morning and the driver I'm going to talk to him on the radio 3 times and no one answers me I go to the other window and I touch the glass and the driver comes out with disgust and I tell him why he talks to me like that and I She closes the window in my face and didn't want to sell me my coffee. The biggest manager has to do something with that person in charge because she doesn't know how to do her job. Poorly educated, they shouldn't leave her there working until her son comes to work.
