I have never left a review anywhere before. But I fear it has to be addressed that this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. I have never gotten the right order, I go there at least 2x a week, never once has my order been completed correctly, they always give me someone else’s order. They also never have any of their ingredients in stock. I just don’t understand what is going on in there.

Worst place to go to , they rush your order and gave me a whole wrong order , that has pork in it , I felt so disgusting and disrespectful, I am so sick to my stomach and want throw up , also so mad .

I just had a fantastic experience at this Dunkin. The people were so nice. I ordered online the wrong drink. But they were super kind and gave me what I wanted not want I ordered. Thank you

I went through the drive-thru and had to repeat my order at least ten times before the employee even attempted to enter it into the system. I was repeatedly told to “hold on,” and eventually another worker had to take over just so I could place a basic order.
When I reached the window, my order was completely wrong. I sent it back, and they claimed they would remake it—yet they handed me the exact same coffee with all the same ingredients I had already said I did not want. Nothing had been changed. It was still wrong, and still cold, even though I ordered it hot.
I went inside to address the issue again, and the staff continued to argue with me. They insisted there was no whipped cream on it, despite the fact that I clearly tasted and saw it. Then, contradicting themselves, they claimed they didn’t have any whipped cream at all. They refused to refund the order and refused to take the incorrect drink back for the third time.
This interaction was primarily with a young woman with short curly hair, but the attitude extended across the entire staff. Every time I visit, they look as though they genuinely resent being there. Their demeanor is consistently unwelcoming, disengaged, and openly miserable, and today made it very clear that providing even basic customer service is something they have no interest in doing.

these people deserve 0 stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. waited at the window for my orders 10 minutes, multiple workers inside, nobody came to the window. all workers sound like they hate their job. do better and get new staff with faster working time.

The girl at the register was great but it wasnt fair that with all the people on she had to stop to grab something drive thru i had gotten a large berry burst the person who made it did not stir it i know its supposed to be stirred up thats laziness i get it was busy yesterday but still
Coffee was great and the people were nice but when I went into the bathroom it was dirty and the toilet paper roll was on the floor. Terrible. Absolutely gross.

Service in majority of days is unacceptable. Two to three parked cars in lot and you can wait upto 15 minutes in the drive thru to get waited on and you are the ONLY car in the drive thru.
Days there is a large line each car takes 5 minutes to get order completed. I can't wait 30 minutes to get a coffee.
Now the DD on Wilbraham Road by Fresh Acres is wonderful! Staff is excellent!

I ordered through the app and picked up my drink and food. I should’ve known to check the food before leaving the drive thru because of previous experiences. Soon I realized they gave me someone else’s order. The sticker on the bag even said “eat in.” I drove back and told them they gave me the wrong food. They asked for my name again, handed me the bag but not once apologized. They STILL got one thing on my order wrong. Instead of giving me the wrap I wanted, they gave me a croissant with some meat that I don’t even eat. I was furious but just didn’t want to go back the third time. I don’t know if the staff are not trained well or they just don’t care but at least half the times, there’s something wrong with my order. It’s infuriating. If I wasn’t morally obligated not to go to Starbucks, I would never go to Dunkin again.
