I ordered through the app and picked up my drink and food. I should’ve known to check the food before leaving the drive thru because of previous experiences. Soon I realized they gave me someone else’s order. The sticker on the bag even said “eat in.” I drove back and told them they gave me the wrong food. They asked for my name again, handed me the bag but not once apologized. They STILL got one thing on my order wrong. Instead of giving me the wrap I wanted, they gave me a croissant with some meat that I don’t even eat. I was furious but just didn’t want to go back the third time. I don’t know if the staff are not trained well or they just don’t care but at least half the times, there’s something wrong with my order. It’s infuriating. If I wasn’t morally obligated not to go to Starbucks, I would never go to Dunkin again.

Excruciatingly slow, frequently out of common items like large cups or carbonated water, and somehow the coffees always taste different despite being ordered identically in app ahead of pick up

They have a great morning crew but if u actually want what u regularly order better skip this one. On a regular occasion they don't have large cups, mocha, large straws. I don't know who does the ordering but if ur out of cups on a Friday and there's a truck outside how can u be out by 6am Monday morning. Learn how to inventory!

If you want to wait 35 minutes in a drive through you can't get out of once your in line for them to be out of everything, have an attitude and then burn the food they do have this is the place to go.
Take the extra drive time and go anywhere else.

Zero stars but can’t post without giving at least 1. Customer service is non existent. A simple greeting goes a long way!! Didn’t even order anything because I sat in the drive thru for 5 mins and not a single greeting or I’ll be right with you. I just drive away. Unacceptable!

It just keeps getting worse every time I go. My drink orders never made correct. The tortillas for wake up wraps are hard and overcooked. I asked for maple bacon I never get it, but I'm charged for it. I'm very disappointed and I will never come back.

The iced coffee is never fresh, always bitter burned and watered down. If you place a mobile order they will forget your food 75% of the time. The other 25% of the time youll receive the wrong order. The bathrooms are filthy&disgusting. They are also incredibly slow, usually because the teenage employees are too busy talking amongst themselves.

I go here a lot because convenience. I either get Heavy negativity or an acceptable exchange. It depends on the day and the people working. TODAY They got my order a little wrong and burned my snackin' bacon and even when I was sweeter than diabetes about it. I got pushback and negative attitudes. Like it's my fault they burned the bacon. "That's the way its been coming out." Is a response I wouldn't expect. I didn't even want remake, for fear something gross was done to it and wasted $3. I'll find a different location to spend money at. I also work in customer service. Be happy or get a different job. Idk what to say. #miserableknowsmiserable

This has to be one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts only reason why I gave it 2 stars because the assistant manager Karina was being nice and offered to make my coffee personally and gave me the proper receipt. But For the past month they have been getting my ice coffee wrong and today I asked for a receipt and they said he already threw away the receipt out without even telling me if I wanted it and then the girl grabbed it from the trash an handed it to me .I’m beyond grossed out with this place and the only worker that I like is the pregnant girl and she wasn’t even there today so disappointed .

This is worst DDs in the Springfield and surrounding areas. And I've been to just about every DD in the Spfld, East Longmeadow, Longmeadow, Wilbraham, Enfield, & Chicopee locations. The employees are ghetto as you know what and have no manners whatsoever. No one even says hello at the drive through window, rather some sloppy employee just extends their arm out with a bag of who knows what lol. Half the time they don't even look you in the face when handing you the food, they're too busy chatting with coworkers to bother. You have to be careful when grabbing the bag from them. Twice they almost dropped my bags on the ground because they weren't even looking at me when handing over the food and coffee.I'm not sure what was going on there today, but once the window opened there was a constant flow of hot air blowing out like someone had a leaf blower going. It's obvious the management at this location have no grip on the business or their employees. I don't know how this location stays in business.You always have to check your bag because they don't ever get your order right. If you tell the employees you were missing something from your order, they act like you're making it up. I've had this happen about 5 or 6 times over the last 6 to 8 months. I've stopped going to this location, however once in a blue I tell myself to give them one more shot and every time they eff everything up. It used to be a pretty good location as far back as a few years ago, but it's straight garbage now.You order hasbrowns and they're either burnt to a crisp and so hard they could stop a bullet, or shredded into mush and crushed into the little bag. I've seen on multiple occasions employees open mouth blowing air on the machine that cooks the hashbrowns. I overheard one of the coworkers telling a new hire, they have to do that to prevent a fire from starting up with the machine.Good luck ordering any kind of coffee other than black. No one knows how to make a latte, caramel macchiato or any of their signature drinks. You're better off not to bother at all. It's like the employees get zero training.If you want some good DDs, I recommend the Enfield Elm St location. The workers are very friendly there. They get your orders right and the rare occasion they make a mistake they're glad to take care of it with no hassle.
