I went through the drive thru and ordered my usual x-large coffee this morning about 8am, & gave my usual.70 cent tip & like almost always, “no thank you”
I need to stop tipping since they don’t appreciate it!

Taste not like before usually order ice latte but tast not good some time going to be American coffee and making not professional also when the ice drop down the staff pick up and make another cup without cleaning hand so disgusting especially my ice latte usually getting bad taste

Dunkin donuts, what can I say? First there is no consistency between each venue, some have coffee that tastes like it was made with dishwater and some make a great cup of coffee. There's one on almost every corner, only you can decide which one suits your taste, there's just no consistency and that bothers me. As far as their breakfast sandwiches, ugh, avoid them, and while their donuts are tasty, in case you haven't noticed their prices have gone thru the roof and the donuts have gotten smaller, forget the filling, where is it anyway? Lol.

No stars.....Normally a great staff. Not at 4:57 on Sunday 6/9/24. We pull up hearing the associate talking amoung others about out of subject matter, then 2 minutes later goes'What ya want?' In a low tone....
We let her know I wasnt sure if she was talking to us given we heard her talking about others then she goes 'nope what you want'. We order....She goes to the others chatting with co workers, dancing, laughing! Comes back 2 minutes later saying'yut here ya go'.... customer service and caring means nothing anymore if this is what we have being the face of the business. Grey shirt, black hat, bun black hair doo. Calling district in the morning, no excuse for bad customer service to a family of 4 looking for a Sunday night treat...

There a worker named Emma there very nice she's pregnant, she give best service, she listen very well makes the drinks perfect, she works after 3:30pm 2/22/24, wish the was a person like her at every dunkin donuts ........!

When I don't order ahead, somehow the people who order after me always receive their orders before me. Finally, one day I addressed the situation, and the person handling the mobile orders agreed with me. As a result, I started ordering ahead. However, even after arriving 15 minutes after my order was placed, it still wasn't ready. I had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes, and to my surprise, the people in line who arrived after me received their orders before me. What's the point of ordering ahead when the line moves faster? This place lacks organization, and good customer service, I wouldn't recommend it.

If you havePlenty of time and money to waste, go grab a coffee in the drive-through. You’ll be there for a few hours and receive your coffee made incorrectly :)
