This is what happens when you don't pay your employees enough. But you give them so much responsibility. Now I've seen the frosting be messed up on the donut. But I ain't never seen no crush donut. So it's obvious that whoever was there didn't want to be there.

Out of all Dunkin’s this on truly stands above the rest. My life was changed at this Dunkin. From the excellent high quality food. To the kindness of the employees. Their worker Dylan truly showed me that Dunkin goes beyond serving donuts, but serves each person who comes in an unforgettable experience. It’s more than food it’s a connection between people. I learned trust from this Dunkin and how to be a better person. Thank you the Dunkin of Wilbraham rd for showing what the food serve industry can be at its best.

Three children outside the store while it’s thunder storming and an employee on the job refused to let them in unless they bought something. This has happened multiple times now with this exact employee. ??♀️ And then a woman came and let them in.
Stopped in to use the bathroom. The top of the toilet tank is slightly recessed and had an almost dried out several day old puddle of urine. I didn't get food or coffee.

Worst dunkin ever. Ive been drinking dunkin for 20+ years and this is the only location that will get it wrong every single time. Honestly, it’s like they reuse the coffee grounds. It’s brown water, not coffee. You’re better off down the street, at the parker and wilbraham location.
