This is by far, the worst dunkin in the area. Sadly its the closest to my house, they consistently get orders wrong, and they are insanely slow. One time I waited 15 minutes in the drive through at 3:30Pm (not a busy time) with two cars ahead of me in the drive through, just to get to the window and see a full staff of employees doing nothing.

Terrible service. Asked for a chai that had no chai in it, straight milk. Should’ve known something was wrong when the lady at the window was laughing because whoever made the drink put whipped cream instead of cold foam. I didn’t say anything and should’ve. Wild honestly. Makes me sad that they’re so miserable they play customers who are using their hard earned cash on simple things like coffee, that are supposed to be made right. Do better.
