Terrible service. Asked for a chai that had no chai in it, straight milk. Should’ve known something was wrong when the lady at the window was laughing because whoever made the drink put whipped cream instead of cold foam. I didn’t say anything and should’ve. Wild honestly. Makes me sad that they’re so miserable they play customers who are using their hard earned cash on simple things like coffee, that are supposed to be made right. Do better.

This is what happens when you don't pay your employees enough. But you give them so much responsibility. Now I've seen the frosting be messed up on the donut. But I ain't never seen no crush donut. So it's obvious that whoever was there didn't want to be there.

New general manager very RUDE with guest I’ve been going there for over 30 years never felt unwelcome at any Dunkin’ Donuts ever will not go back to that location ever again Rude welcome after The grand reopening unbelievable!!!!!!
