Sat and waited at the counter for service to be ignored, only to leave after being ignored and see a poc get served right away. Racist much? I'll take my business elsewhere. Whites are not served at this dunkin.

Poor service. Food is overcooked, sloppy, and tastes old.
They can never get the cheddar on my sandwich right. Hash browns are burnt and our sandwiches were thrown together with egg on one side, turkey on the other and the bread burned.

I just wish they would bring back the maple sausage and cheddar bfast sandwich and tuna and chicken salad on a croissants for a lunch time option!!! OH A ND BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL COFFEE COOLATTA!!!!

Sat at the speaker for several minutes and even said hello several times as it had been so long.. there were 4 to 5 cars behind us so we assumed the speaker didn't work.. as we pull away we hear them in the speaker.. we have to pull around as we have pulled up enough that the person behind us had pulled forward so we were unable to place the order there. Explained the situation and was told we could NOT order at the window! To note: there was one car ahead of us and only two in line when we pulled around to drive thru.. only needed 2 coffees..

On Monday 01/04/2024 I went to the Dunkin Donus on state st Springfield MA to buy a coffee and some donuts since I live a few blocks away...the service there is terrible apart from the fact that the employees were in a bad mood and arguing among themselves They ignored me when I asked for an extra packet of sugar for my coffee. That made me feel uncomfortable and I left there quickly, very angry and with the firm conviction of never returning to that place again because of the attitude of the employees towards me. However, I have visited other stores where the service is very good and the employees are always happy and have a very good attitude towards the customer. For example in Somers CT where he traveled every day to take a truck driving class and he always went into that store to buy a coffee because of the good treatment of the employees towards everyone who enters there.

Service is consistently very slow. Low staffing and store not clean or organized. Looks like they need to up the game. Don't order mobile order here as you'll still wait a while for it upon arrival. Faster to just mobile order from someplace else.
