I walked in at 18:15 to get food and coffee. I was told that I can only have coffee since they are closing. They close at 19:00, NOT 18:15! I should be able to order anything on the menu as long as it's within established business hours!

I did a mobile order when I went inside they had a sign saying they didn’t have certain ingredients and the things I specifically ordered they weren’t going to be able to make they offered me a donut which I politely declined and asked for a refund they said I need to do it on the app it’s been two weeks and I’ve been getting the run around

Sat and waited at the counter for service to be ignored, only to leave after being ignored and see a poc get served right away. Racist much? I'll take my business elsewhere. Whites are not served at this dunkin.

Poor service. Food is overcooked, sloppy, and tastes old.
They can never get the cheddar on my sandwich right. Hash browns are burnt and our sandwiches were thrown together with egg on one side, turkey on the other and the bread burned.
