The best Dunkin I've ever been to. I come here very often and will continue because they make the best latte's. The staff are friendly and quick. There was one time when they messed up my order so I went back and the lady was kind, gave me a new latte, and asked me to let her know how it was. Like I said, the best Dunkin in Springfield.
