I went to Dunkin donuts when they first opened. I stood up in the front and you can see it on camera, but it seems like they don't know how to multitask the people in the front will have to wait till they get finished with their whole line at the drive-thru before we can even get approached greeted or even get our meal order taken,the manager there,are very rude to customer. I was seeing when was they going to take my order? I hear her in the background saying she'll be all right

Go to the Boston Rd location only because it's closest to my house but after today, imma avoid it and take a drive other locations or goto Starbucks. Mobile ordered 2 wake up wraps, 1 maple bacon, the other regular bacon. Had to wait 15 mins to get it. True they were busy but the fact that people that came in after me, order their drinks and food and got it well before me rubbed me the wrong way. On top of it, they got my order wrong too.

Despite me turning my truck off and my wife climbing to the backseat to place the order the worker still couldn’t hear her. We pulled up to the window after waiting 12 minutes for the two cars ahead of us to get their orders and as soon as we pulled up to the windows all three workers in sight were yelling at us that we had to order from the intercom and wouldn’t let us explain we did all we could to be loud enough to hear- it didn’t help that they were all talking amongst themselves as we tried to place our order. There was no “we understand, sorry for the miscommunication- just this once since you’ve been waiting in line for over 20 minutes”. Absolutely rude and discourteous, never again.

This women Liz is EXTREMELY horrible she is very unprofessional. Gave me a hard time and I thought it was just me but a customer came through the drive-through, had issues, screaming with them and the customer said that it was every day and she’s going through this with the same employee and I just thought it was very disgraceful very horrible today’s my birthday I tried to get the birthday drink and she yelled and made a scene. You just kept yelling at me, making a scene telling me I wasn’t gonna get it. It was horrible. It was horrible.
