if i had a chance of going 0 stars I would, there were no managers to issue a refund and the attitude this girl had was so bad, genuinely the worst dunkin

Two days in a row purchased a hot coffee. Both days had coffee grounds in my coffee so it must be old grounds. Tried calling to let them know and no one answers the phone. I question the cleanliness of their equipment, will not return. So after several months decided to strart trying this location again. I give up. I order my coffee the same way everyday for a week. My coffee is never the same!! Everything is premeasured aside from the flavor additive. 4 pumps is standard and good. But not one employee pumps the full pump!!! I ask for 6 pumps and still doesnt taste like 4. And a true 6 pumps is way to sweet!!! Some tap real quick on the pump, some go quarter or halfway down then dont pump come up all the way before next pump! Its just pure laziness! If you dont care about making my order right i will never care about tipping you!!

Ordered two coffees at the speaker, got to the window and was only charged for one. Corrected them and was told “sorry we can’t fix that for you, there are too many cars behind you, bye.”

This place is ghetto. All you hear is swearing from employees through the whole store. they do a half ass job on your orders whether they don’t mix the drinks or stir the drinks or warm up the food. I’ve been to other Dunkin’ Donuts and ask if they could warm up my breakfast sandwiche and their answer is we always do and when I say well the one I go to on Boston Road doesn’t they start laughing because all they hear is bad things from that place.
