This women Liz is EXTREMELY horrible she is very unprofessional. Gave me a hard time and I thought it was just me but a customer came through the drive-through, had issues, screaming with them and the customer said that it was every day and she’s going through this with the same employee and I just thought it was very disgraceful very horrible today’s my birthday I tried to get the birthday drink and she yelled and made a scene. You just kept yelling at me, making a scene telling me I wasn’t gonna get it. It was horrible. It was horrible.

It's Dunkin there is not much more to say. You have your prime dunks and your not so prime dunks. Flip a coin, you could get the equivalent of pond water in a cup or a decent coffee.

They had horrible customer service there was hair in my food and they gave me a black coffee when I asked for an iced caramel latte and when I asked for them to add creamer, she gave me an attitude and told me that if I could not see that she was making food I wouldn’t recommend and see refunded me me

Don't recommend. Older lady with the missing teeth and cigarette voice has the worst attitude. She's usually there in the morning and is always so unpleasant. If you let her know something is made wrong, she'll throw a fit. Better to just take the drive to a near by Dunkin.

Not sure why I gave this Dunkin a try. I get door dash orders here and even tho it’s a convenient stop. I won’t be back unfortunately the employee rushed me though my order. Got to the window and immediately was handed my hash browns. I was waiting on my coffee and ate a hash brown. It was so hard and stale. I couldn’t believe it. I told her when she handed me my coffee that I couldn’t eat these and she turned around and picked though some In the hot holding unit ,I’m assuming she’s picking out the best looking ones.She came back to the window and I asked was it possible to get some fresh hash browns. She turned around and rolled her eyes and yelled “SHE WANTS FRESH HASH BROWNS” I waited about 30sec and realized I’m going to just get a refund for my order. I already knew I paid with the app and they weren’t going to be able to refund me personally. So I drove tf off. Smh Go with ur gut feeling Bathrooms are also disgusting

One poor girl working the counter. Seems there is no leardership around. Very disorganized. Could hear other people working there who seem to be detracting from customer service. Managers need training...then efficiency would trickle down.
