I can’t take out my frustration on everyone there but there is a lady who always seems to be working there. When she takes ur order no matter how clearly you say it, she doesn’t get it right. Then when you get ur coffee it usually burnt or the wrong order. She’s rude and can only seem to communicate using out of breath mumbles. I went today after repeating myself 3 times and she couldn’t even give me straws. Just slammed the window in my face when I asked. Just get the bad egg out because she’s ruining it for everyone else that works there and the customers. I’m the last one to pick at service workers but man is she bad

Best Dunkin I’ve ever gone to. I go here every day for my iced coffee and every day it tastes amazing, they make it better than any other Dunkin I’ve been to & it always tastes the same unlike other Dunkin’s where the taste is never consistent.

This location can never get it right! So frustrating since it’s the closest one to my house. I usually drive farther away just to go to one that gets the order right which is literally any other location. I pay for extra espresso and they never put it in when I go though the drive through so I tried door dashing it. They put the right amount of espresso this time (I didn’t even ask but I do like the extra) but forgot my kids donut. They forgot part of our order so often through the drive through so I figured through door dashing it would be easier. Every single time it’s something. I just don’t understand why every other location can get it right especially when the order is so simple

Their service is really terrible. The staff kept a cold face the whole time, as if I was begging them to give me my food. Another time when I went to pick up my order and had some questions, I said “excuse me” several times but no one responded. One of the staff was even standing right there watching me, yet made no effort to help.
Ordered a hot latte.Pretty freaking, sample three things in it. I got the milk and the caramel. No express so tho

I went to this dunking at 8:04pm to order food and they told me they have no more food because they clean their ovens by 8:30pm. I said it was 8:04pm and she said “ I don’t know what to tell you , we are out of food, we sold everything” right after telling me their oven was cleaned. I asked for her managers name and her name and she refused to give me both. Why are you opening until 9:00pm if you are not serving full menu.
