Nasty girls, nasty attitudes, very rude. 8:30 am on morning Monday morning commute. In drive through repeated my order of iced chai and sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap 3 times. The employee tells us to pull up to the front and then says “like oh my God”. Went up to the window, another girl is at the window, the driver compliments the employee and tells her “I love your nails” she replies “alright”. Pay for my order, employee gives me the chai. The girl who originally took the order is beside her complains loudly “omg these people don’t know how to order like”. I ask about the wrap. The employee goes “that’s why I asked you if that was all.” The other employee behind her continues to loudly complain. I tell her never mind and leave without my food. Customer service is awful. The last way anyone wants to be treated first thing in the morning. Will never spend money here again.

Do you offer any corporate training and do you pay your employees are they happy cuz no one look happy I sat there for 2 minutes three people walk by to go to different areas no one said no acknowledgment nothing not someone would be right with you nothing zero had to leave take my business elsewhere you're horrible

I went to this location to have my coffee remade because another location had made it horribly ! Miss Sandra and her girls were quick to remake my coffee (which was delicious!) and had the best spirits while doing it ! We had a quick chat and they were extremely sweet and personable ! I will be back to this location in the future :)

Worst Dunkin’ in Springfield !! Do not go !!! Will make you wait 20 mins for a coffee and then be rude to you. Worst.

The employees were so very helpful with recommending top choices and were super nice. Although they were busy everything was spot on! Thanks Keilisse who took our order and the gentleman who made my bagel (with extra cream cheese) and juggling all other orders today in the back. Keep up the great work guys, Thanks again!

I just wanted to drop a review on Keilisse who served me at the counter at 11:03 am. Absolute sweet heart, very helpful, friendly, and was patient with my order decisions. The young blonde girl and the young man working on sandwiches was very helpful and professional too. Ya'll try the Hot Holiday Latte. It's like a cookie bomb hot cocoa drink×10. 😍♥️

I paid for a $6 meal deal they made it wrong then refused to make me another sandwich or give me a refund. They were loud and very unprofessional, No customer should deal with this type of treatment. It was so bad I called the cops. These 3 employees here will lie to you about offers then serve you what they want and give you garbage. They gave me a hour old croissant because they were having a bad day. Do not order any food here if you consider your health. Also there manager Maria allowed this behavior because she was not there but on the phone while the older women lied and said I asked for sour dough rather than the truth… I asked for sour dough, the short older woman said it wasn’t offered with the deal. So I said English muffin is fine. Yet she took it upon herself to give me a hour old croissant sandwich that had been sitting on their counter rather than what I ordered. English muffin…. In picture below. That picture was taken 3 mins after I received it. Would you eat it? I’m calling the health department on them. If you have received similar treatment from this Dunkin Location, file a report with there corporate office and follow up with Salema Management at 4 Harding Ave, Ludlow Mass (Derek Salema) Vice President.

Nani provided exceptional customer service at Dunkin Donuts. When my drink wasn't quite right, she noticed and politely asked if everything was okay. She made sure my order was perfect before I left, all with a bright smile. Her attention to detail really made my day. Thanks, Nani!

Only 2 people working, not their fault that things were backed up. When the woman in line ahead of me complained about the wait, I felt bad for the workers. Until the woman left and then one worker bragged and laughed to the other about how she intentionally took longer to serve the woman after she complained about the wait. I was standing there the whole time, so she punished us both and thought it was hilarious.

The worker was nice to me and prompt but saying that in front of a customer (who also had to wait) is not acceptable.
