shoutout to this girl idk her name but she was so nice. this was like 1-2 weeks ago. my train time was being pushed to being 10 minutes later for boarding, so i order dunkin via mobile order. 2 minutes later go by and my boarding time goes from 3pm to 2:52pm (it was 2:48pm at this time) !!!! thankfully, the girl asked if i had the mobile order and i said yes. i tell her if i could j get the sandwich bc my boarding time got switched to being early and that i’ll be okay without my drink and snacking bacon lol. she tells me smthn along the lines of “nah nah i gotchu hollon” and has the sandwich ready, grabs my snacking bacon, and it turns out my drink was all ready. all in a dash. she was so sweet and dunkin girl idk ur name but if ur reading this THANK YOUUUUUU i hope you get a raise and a 700 dollar check🫶

I ordered tost with avocado and asked the girl , who was going to cook it, not to fry the bacon to a crispy state. And what did I get in the end ? Exactly crispy bacon .

On Sunday at 10 am I received excellent service, fast food, and courteous interactions. The location can't be beat either. I look forward to visiting here in the future.
Also, they were super thoughtful in providing a belly table at the pickup area with an outlet that also has 2 USB ports.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options that are not simply subtractions, but specifically developed items. There aren't many, and they aren't well labeled, but I'm still satisfied.
If you go here, make sure you do not get the girl with the nosePiercing and black hair and necklace is she is terrible every time I come here. She says that they don't have my coffee. And then the next day I get the coffee that I ask for she's terrible she doesn't want to do her job. She says there's no food when there is food.

This morning I ask for a frozen hot chocolate with wip cream and chocolate drizzle they did not give me no chocolate drizzle and it did not taste like frozen chocolate it was melted and I can taste the surgat crumbs and Lady was giving

If i could go lower i would. The young clerk clearly does not like her job, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS at this place. Beyond disappointed. Tells me what ive ordered at other places, they dont offer iced dark roast coffee,only hot..go at your own

I went in yesterday to purchase 2)sausage egg and cheese on a Croissant the croissant's were burnt and when i spoke up i got nothing but Attitude I will never go there
The guy at the register in the afternoon was very rude. He was more interested in a website on his phone than waiting on the customer. People like that shouldn't work there.

The orders are given disorganized when they are through the app, the coffee is never the one I ordered. I don't like this DD in this town.
