The Service sucks

Terrible customer service, waited 20 minutes in a short line to still get the wrong coffee with an attitude to top it off as if I'm bothering them. Ridiculous.

Absolutely horrible customer service . Didn't even talk to me when I walked in. There was another customer in the store she was making sandwiches for , so I'm assuming she had already taken care of her at the counter . She didn't ring her up yet . So I stood at the counter waiting and the worker came over with an attitude and I said hello . She apparently got pissed off . Then told me the other customer was in line before . Why is she making food for someone without properly ringing them . Why is there a lack of communication from your worker.
Well thanks for letting me as I'm making my order. She exchanged some foul language in return for my confusion as to what was going on . So I walked out and will never ever return to this dunkin location . You need to get that worker some extra help or get rid of someone with such a negative . Will gladly take my business elsewhere .

First time I ever got yelled at by anyone working in the service industry for absolutely no reason.
All I said was “I’m here to pick up an order for Martin.”
“Huh?”
“For Martin, please”
“YOU’RE ALL SET. PULL FORWARD SIR!”

In addition, they didn’t even make the coffee right. They didn’t put any of the sweetener that I ordered or the flavor pumps. It was just burnt black coffee with a couple pumps of cream.
And the wake up wraps were ice cold, the tortillas weren’t even cooked.

This dunking donuts need to find a better friendlier staff. They were very unpleasant and unprofessional. Arguing with customers back and forth swearing while customers were asking questions. Very ghetto environment. Need to have a manager on site so when difficulties surface they could be able to address them in the most professional and suitable way. I was never able to order due to the arrogance of staff.

Foods always burnt and drink is ALWAYS wrong. Staff is not friendly either. Honestly drive to the Bay St dunkin, the staff there is awesome and they actually care about the food and drink they are serving.

Did not like going to this Dunkin donuts, the cashier damris sucks, had to ask for the same item like five times. Drink ordered signature ice latte tasted tamper so it was thrown out.

A really good Dunkin! A little out of my way, but worth it. The restaurant was really clean, as was the exterior. Service was quick by a very pleasant young woman! The latte was perfect and the donuts were plentiful and fresh! Absolutely no complaints! This will be my go-to Dunkin from now on.
