This Dunkin consistently provides great service no matter how busy it is. They're extremely attentive and have never made a mistake on my drink order, which is especially important because I have Diabetes that I am trying to get under control and cannot have any sugar. They also have you out at lightning speed no matter the time of day. I think this is my favorite Dunkin in all of Springfield.

The service was good. I placed my order through the app. Order was done in minutes. The disappointment came when I went to use the Restroom!!!!! All females working behind the counter and there is no tissue or soap in the restroom . How are they washing their hands and wiping?!?!?!

The food is always cold. Especially the hashbrowns. Soggy and you can tell they were sitting for some time. Iced coffee taste horrible even if you ask for it to be remade. Either it has no sugar even if you asked for sugar or way too much cream. It also taste sour and bitter. I'd rather go to cumbys and make it myself and its only $1! Will no longer be wasting my money on this crap. Its a waste. Tired of throwing drinks away that I pay for. Ughhhh
