This dunkins was THE WORST one I've ever been too, woke up and walked there thinking it'd be quick and easy. Boy I was wrong. While One girl infront of us was having issues we were second in line just wanted a dozen donuts and 2 drinks. Took me nearly 10 minutes to even be able to place the order and an additional close to 20 to 25 minutes to get my completed order. All while reminding them I was still missing my 2 drinks while everybody else that ordered after us was receiving their orders, one of the employees (assuming manager of some sort) decided to lecture the customers all of whom were waiting patiently with the occasional reminder of what they were waiting for. In my opinion I'd never go there again or suggest that dunkins to anybody else. Instead of lecturing the customers she should've been helping to make her team more organized with the orders and completing one order fully before working on another. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

Great people took them a sec to notice me but hey nothing it's perfect in the world and they had a great attitude fast and great service all around. Lobby could be a bit cleaner when not busy. But great job guys love it every time.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a parking for disabled people and the doors are hands free so ez access also great location next to the bus stop.

All these Dunkin donuts in this area are so poorly run it's not worth wasting your time to get the wrong order or not get what you ordered. Not sure what the problem is with these Springfield locations but they all have the same type of employees who don't care are rude and seemingly undereducated for a Dunkin donuts job. Same type of management that can't run a simple crew with a limited menu. The attitude of the employees is as bad as it gets. Listening to them arguing in the back about other fellow employees not doing their job only makes me think , your not doing your job either. All of you should be fired and management replaced. None of this will happen because people just don't care.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. I went here when it first opened, and they were absolutely rude and slow. I asked for creamer in my coffee, and they threw it at me at the window and pretty much told me to do it myself because they forgot to add it I hadn’t gone back in months, but I had no choice yesterday and when I went there again, they were slow and rude and Could not keep up with orders. I was in a rush and asked nicely how much longer she slammed my cup down and turned around and looked at me and screamed I’m only one person. I am not a rude person. I always say please and thank you so this was extremely uncalled for. when my coffee was done It was awful and she flung it at me and it almost fell over. They need to get new employees at this Dunkin’ Donuts ASAP.
You guys have to get it together here, this has to be the worse Dunkin’ Donuts In Western mass in my opinion. The staff is terrible the coffee is terrible because most the employees are poorly trained or not at all. There always out if stock of most important items to complete a order. It you want a signature drink you best keep driving because this Dunkin has been incapable of making any signature drinks I order.
