Service sucks there’s NEVER enough staff and the ones that ARE there are so stressed they can’t handle any of it and none of them know anything about PROFESSIONALISM so they take it out on the customers and other staff I HATE this location

They have great and fast service. And the girl who took our order was so friendly
This Dunkin is by far the worst from employees to the manager Jessica she sits outside multiple times in a row smoking cigarettes and weed right out front or on the side by the drive through while employees are getting slammed inside and forget about if they mess up your order somehow it’s the customer fault not the person making the orders they threaten customers for their mistakes and nothing is said I’ve witnessed this multiple times them and customers having screaming matches over the counters instead of correcting the order or offering a refund they also have mice running around u can hear employees screaming about it right in front of everyone to hear Dunkin needs to get this location in order

Wow. This is the worst place I've been in for a long long time. The workers are just chilling. Good luck getting them to make your order. Good luck getting them to even take your order. And of course, they don't even make your order right and then the whole show starts again.

Waited at the speaker for about 10 minutes before anyone asked me what I wanted. Once I placed my order, it took literally another 15 minutes for me to get my sandwiches, and the girl at the window was so caught up in her phone that she forgot to give me my ice coffee so I had to pretty much raise my voice so I can get her attention and tell her she didn't give me my coffee. I know it's not the most lucrative or pleasant job, but come on, courtesy and work ethic go a long way.

Super slow service. Ordered on the app and was charged more than the prices on the app. The matcha iced green tea was tasty though beating out Starbucks.
