I've been here three times in the last year. Not once was my presence even acknowledged. Just got done standing there 3 4 minutes the girl at the cashier with the double lip piercings didn't even look up once to say ill be a minute or anything. Three times I've had a similar experience. Three times I walked away. I fix appliances for dunkin I've been to around 80 different dunkins from NY to RI this isn't how its supposed to be. Not sure if Jamie R from dunkin brands comes to this store but I'll definitely mention it to him.

I dont recommend anyone going to this dunkin i ordered 3 $6 meal deals which total to $22 which made no sense hash browns tastes like they been freezer burnt and reheated for 2 mins they still tasted cold in center. Service was soo bad they were in such a rush they just threw everything into a small bag coffee aint even have any sugar pure cream this the first and last time ill ever go to this place -5 stars

‼️Terrible service‼️ not only do they get my coffee wrong, but they ARGUED with my boyfriend over whether or not his coffee was a large. (They charged us a large and gave us a medium) I don't understand how a store can be so incompetent. This has happened multiple times!!!!

Service sucks there’s NEVER enough staff and the ones that ARE there are so stressed they can’t handle any of it and none of them know anything about PROFESSIONALISM so they take it out on the customers and other staff I HATE this location
They have great and fast service. And the girl who took our order was so friendly

This Dunkin is by far the worst from employees to the manager Jessica she sits outside multiple times in a row smoking cigarettes and weed right out front or on the side by the drive through while employees are getting slammed inside and forget about if they mess up your order somehow it’s the customer fault not the person making the orders they threaten customers for their mistakes and nothing is said I’ve witnessed this multiple times them and customers having screaming matches over the counters instead of correcting the order or offering a refund they also have mice running around u can hear employees screaming about it right in front of everyone to hear Dunkin needs to get this location in order
