i ordered my food and it took 2 hours, literally 2 HOURS to get to me. and the quality of food was bad. food is not worth the amount of money and time. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! they've been rude before and really bad with customer service. DO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE!

I've ordered from this restaurant for years. It's not "The best chinese food in the city" good but it was one of/ if not my favorite delivery-tier Chinese. Recently they changed owners and the service has become horrible. I live <10 min straight down mains street and I've frequently had 1-1.5 hour deliveries with no notification or warning from then that the order would be late and on top of that sometimes the food arrives luke warm. Any "Deal" they offer for free over x price they will not give you unless you specifically remind them to. They now give very few condiments with your orders. It'd be easy to dismiss recent wait times/issues with "Covid 19" problems but its been this way since these new owners purchased this place. It's time to find a new favorite delivery place.

I wish I could’ve rated this place 0 stars I called in to place an order June 30th 2020 my order came to $21 and change I asked the guy if it came with any sodas or anything he said no I asked the guy if it came with any Sodas or anything he said no. So I looked at the website to see if they offer Anything since most Chinese places do And they do if you spend $20 you can get two free eggrolls So I called back and asked for the two eggrolls and the guy freaked out on me and cursed me out because I ask for the eggrolls mind you my food Definitely wasn’t done yet because I called back one minute later I wouldn’t eat from this place if it was the only Chinese food around in Western mass

If i could give a zero i would. It took almost 3 hours to arrive. When the food arrived the rids were burnt and the fries were stale. We deserve the proper meal we paid for.

Worst customer service my daughter wanted to call because I can’t speak perfect English she started screaming at my daughter because they changed the menu and didn’t update it on the internet so I went to the restaurant and the manager gave me attitude I got my food arrive at home and the order was wrong so I called and she started screaming over my daughter and my daughter started crying I made my neighbor call and she started screaming at her to don’t order here unless you want to get screamed at worst experience ever

It’s a very small spot. The food is pretty good not the best but better than a lot of others.
The place is nice and roomy, the food was delicious and the rates were very fair. rapidly, effective service and very welcoming staff members. I recommend this place.

My order showed up nearly 2 hours after I ordered, the food was drenched in oil, and receive I no apology nor did the driver seem to give a damn about his job. I would highly advice against ordering from this place, your service will likely be similar to my own.

We arrived at this place for lunch. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, we were not disappointed. the staff were so friendly and we felt very good. The meal was tasty. We had a great time and we shall definitely come back again. We recommend this place to all.
