I ordered delivery of a mofongo and carne frita. It was a total disappointment, both were awful. I don’t think this is a Puerto Rican restaurant as the food didn’t taste authentic. Have you seen a mofongo without garlic nor chicharrón? The fried pork was over cooked and tasteless. First and last time ordering from this place.

I ordered from door dash and both sandwiches were squished, soggy, and the toppings were wrong. The French fries had burnt crumbs from the fryer that was clearly not cleaned properly and they were also extremely soggy and tasted like a grease trap. I ordered an empanada and a potato ball and they left out the potato ball. After spending about $60 on this order door dash only offered me $20 back and their customer service was extremely rude which isn't the restraunt's fault but just a warning for anyone who is thinking of ordering from them through door dash.

We traveled from Boston, what a disappointment, the mofongo was very good, but the chop tasted like old meat, the.Crazy potatoes, horrible taste, went into the trash. The beefsteak sandwich, the bread was not fresh and the stake was hard…

We went for dinner there was 6 of us. I was so excited I heard great things about this restaurant. Well it lived up to the hype. We started off with pizza. It was unbelievable one of the best pizza’s we have ever had. The salad was out of this world. I got eggplant rollatini. So good all of us loved our meals and we can’t wait to go back.

Never Have Understood The Red Rose Hype. I find the pizza middling at best.I had pasta tonight, it wasn't bad but it was average for American Italian and pricier than better American Italian restaurants in the area. I don't get the high reviews for this place. I never choose to come here but come with others and have felt this way since I was in high school and thought the pizza was average or worse. I go when friends insist and bite my tongue, this visit was no different.

Great food…but mortified when a chef left the bathroom without washing his hands. We will not be back.

The nicest place with fantastic Italian Food and fabulous service. Bonnie was our waitress and she was very helpful as it was our first visit.

We were visiting Springfield museums and looked for somewhere nearby to eat. We were not disappointed with Red Rose. Helpful parking attendant helped us to get a space on a busy night. Got a table quite quickly. Service was slow - we felt ignored a little and then when one meal came out, the pizza the others were sharing didn’t follow for about ten minutes which is a little awkward. Decor could do with a little updating. Food was good, and yes, like most people, we took some home too! Would return.

Overpriced for average at best food. It’s a pizza for havens sack why should a med cheese pizza cost over $28.00 really. Let’s help your customers and lower your prices on your food.
