Ordered a Chicken Parmesan grinder and it was terrible I think they used a rubber duck instead of fresh chicken NASTY ? I was going to share it with my son,but I wouldn't even give it to a dog !!!!?????

My mom went over to her friends and he ordered pizza for the UFC fight last night on 02/17/2024 and literally everyone there got the runs and/or threw up after mind you there was about 12 people

I ordered this pizza delivery through the Slice app through which they take online delivery orders. When the delivery man got to my house, he yelled at me for being outside their order radius and told me to never order from them again. He said it took 40 minutes to get to my house, but a quick google showed me it takes 14 minutes. If you don't want to deliver to my address, it should not be available for me to order from your restaurant on apps you support. The food was only okay anyway, so wouldn't have been in a rush to order again anyway.

Just order from this place the first time I wanted Hamburger meat on my pizza green peppers and onion my husband got the pizza arrived at home I am eating it and I am like why this pizza smells like fish they never put the Hamburger and they had put anchovies. Never again 12 pieces for 30 dollars insane.!!!!

This nasty place deserves 0 stars . I called to place an order here to get pizza as a last resort and was hung up on multiple times !! Said i didn't want the order anymore cause the girl on the phone was so rude but ended up pulling up anyways to grab it. The girl in the front was disgusting and rude ,called me all type of names and then said "that's why your pizza cold" Then the pregnant manager finds me on Facebook acts nice and asks all these questions I'm telling her what happened . Offers me to come in for food then changes up and says I'm not allowed in there anymore . Ordering that food was only cause my friend meant to go to MJ's . Might i remind you that this place is literally walking distance from my house and the food is so nasty and customer service so bad i never go here . I hope all of them lose their jobs . ALSO the manager admitted in my inbox that the same girl is always nasty and had to put her in her place before !

On 12/23/2023 I ordered a sausage grinder without sauce only cheese, onion and peppers twice. Well I got my grinder and there was sauce on it. I called and the manager lied and said she told me that it comes with sauce and there was nothing she could do because I ordered it earlier that day. WHAT? If your thinking about ordering food from this place I highly recommend you don’t. Bad management equals bad food.

I had Empire deliver to my team a large order of about 34 orders and I needed the order to come earlier than initially ordered. They were able to get it to me much earlier than intended, everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Thank you Empire!!!!

I never ever do reviews. But I'm pissed right now. I been eating Empire for 5yrs stuck with them even with huge price increases. I just paid 15$ for a salad and asked the girl can I buy an extra pita please (which I have done for 5yrs) she tells me they don't do that and clicks thru computer and says ya I can't do that. I said they do it all the time she says well not me I walked out pissed like how hard is it to charge me money for a piece of bread. I didn't want it for free. You literally didn't want my money? The only reason I buy a large 15$ salad is to share with my daughter. I will no longer buy a salad from you again. Which makes me sad cuz we love the salad.
