I live out of town and there are some spots I must hit when I visit. Eye Seafood is definitely one of them. Whether it is the restaurant or the food truck we always get great service and food. On this visit we were very pleased with the weekly special. I had seen pictures on Facebook of the lobster/crab grilled cheese. My mind was set on it. Though when I went they had a fish melt on special. I had to get both. They were both delicious. I tried to think of which one I liked better. The jury is still out on that. Both are full of deliciously seasoned seafood on buttery grilled bread with cheese. Trust me just try both. You won't be disappointed. The cheeseburger chowder is a signature dish. It lived up to its hype. The seafood chowder was full of good size chunks of seafood in a slightly cajun based chowder. The fried shrimp was seasoned to perfection. I couldn't leave without getting the signature chicken fries. My daughters asked to try them and they tried to eat all my fries. I truly recommend you get your own because you will not want to share. Truly Eye Seafood is a small locally owned business that continues to give great service and delicious food. I was happy to see that the restaurant is still in business even after Covid. I noticed they were running a food drive and during Covid passed out food to people in the community. Establishments like this definitely have my support. I will be back again on my next visit. Thank you Eye Seafood for all you do.

Had the fish and fries.....fish was a little too salty and the fries didn't have any salt...so had to eat them together
best fried shrimp and fried fish i have had in the area by far .. if your a shrimp lover like myself i highly recommend you try eyeseafood .. great menu and really great taste

Deliciously seasoned (not too spicy, I’m a wimp!), good portions for a reasonable price. I got the crab and shrimp combo (crab was delicious and the shrimp was pretty good), and my husband got the fish and grits (fish was a little salty for me but he didn’t think so, grits were very good). Will go back again!

Tried for the first time. Wait was not long and advised me what they were out of two items. Got the lobster special. Well seasoned and cooked. Definitely earned my business to try more of their menu.
