The word is OUT!! This place is FIRE!! We went after a Springfield event and we were so thrilled for something new and delicious!! We got out of the center of town and got easy parking, relaxed atmosphere and most importantly delicious and plentiful food!

Mo will welcome you and offer samples for you to consider. What an array of delicious flavors and options! The portions are big and we took home for next day!! The office filled up with the most Devine smells when I heated up!!!

FATUMA CAFE!! Run!! Thanks Mo and family!! We will be back!

We were not sure what to expect when we invited friends to meet us here for lunch. However, we were not expecting to be wowed by the food, the adorable decor, and Hassan and his mom! The tea was amazing and I’ve been thinking about it since we left (and upset with myself for not getting some to go). I’ve never had Somali or Ethiopian food and was nervous about what we would order. No worries there Hassan brought out samples, walked us through the menu and made suggestions. We can’t wait to go back and try some more options and this time I will get tea to go!

Wow 10/10 experience! From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with amazing service. As an Ethiopian student, there’s not many places in Western Mass to find East African food. The menu here was amazing and had foods from different East African nations. We got the Ethiopian veggie platter with chicken, and everything tasted like home. The owner treated us so well and we had great conversations as well. I 100% recommend this place, I plan to go back.

So happy to have Somali and Ethiopian food in the Springfield area! The Ethiopian platter was very good, will definitely be going back again.

My dad and I went right after they opened. The goat curry was amazing (I found the meat too be a bit strong, but I've never been a huge fan of goat)
The samosas are to die for, the ultimate comfort food.
Definitely a place to check out

This place is wonderful. I came here with my family, kids included, for a taste of home. We used to live in Minneapolis and this place brought back all the memories. We got an Ethopian plate with delicious, tender goat (and don't forget the marrow!) and perfectly spiced veggies on Somali injiera. Mo, the proprietor brought us a plate of amazing, stuffed sambuzas. The sauces were so good. The kids got a chicken quesadilla and French fries. They loved it. We loved it. The atmosphere was so warm.
We'll be back. THANKS, MO AND FATIMA!
Don't sleep on this place. It's awesome!

The food was really good fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. The owners were so kind and welcoming; they even gave us samples and tea on the house! It’s so nice to have more diverse food options here in Springfield. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

First - this is probably the friendliest place I've ever eaten. We were walked through the menu by the owner, and he gave us samples of the Somali chicken, beef, goat, tea and sambuus. The goat and beef were insane - a mix of tender and bite that worked great with the rice and rest of the platter. We tried the beef sambuus too late to have realized they could have been a five star dinner on their own. Make sure to try the hot sauce - the soaked tamarind makes it fruity and bright while keeping a good kick to it.

The only down side is the Ethiopian platters were sold out, but that's just an excuse to come back.
