We were not sure what to expect when we invited friends to meet us here for lunch. However, we were not expecting to be wowed by the food, the adorable decor, and Hassan and his mom! The tea was amazing and I’ve been thinking about it since we left (and upset with myself for not getting some to go). I’ve never had Somali or Ethiopian food and was nervous about what we would order. No worries there Hassan brought out samples, walked us through the menu and made suggestions....
Wow 10/10 experience! From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with amazing service. As an Ethiopian student, there’s not many places in Western Mass to find East African food. The menu here was amazing and had foods from different East African nations. We got the Ethiopian veggie platter with chicken, and everything tasted like home. The owner treated us so well and we had great conversations as well. I 100% recommend this place, I plan to go back.
