THE "WORST" restaurant that you can ever go into Springfield, is disgusting the food doesnt have any flavor...and they don't even serve alcohol ,what kind of restaurant is that how do you want to make money when you don't even serve alcohol.. overall I would rate this 0000 on giving no star...because they don't even deserve half of a zero.

LOVED the old Felix's and was so excited to hear it reopened, until I ate there. Not even close to as good, in fact it was terrible. There were pieces of plastic in our appetizer and they wouldn't even take it off our bill. Mamas pasta was soggy and flavorless. Chicken parm was so over cooked I could barely cut it. 7 of us who used to love this place and not one of us enjoyed our meal. When the chef came out to ask about our experience we tried to be gentle but honest. She had a reason why we were wrong about all our opinions. Sadly, we will Never be back again.

Back again and great as ever. I like my server very much. The bread is out of this world. We tried the antipasto. It was great. My partner had the Sicilian Marsala. He liked it a lot. I had the chicken Marsala. Wonderful. Brought our own wine to top off the meal. You have to try this place

We were passing through town on way home and found this gem on Yelp. Food was out of this world! Baked manicotti and chicken parm were fabulous. Will be back.

This is my FAVORITE restaurant!!! Eating at Felix's is like eating in your old Italian grandmother's kitchen. Usually, I order whatever is on special that night and I am guaranteed a meal I will dream of for weeks to come. The mama's pasta is homemade wheat pasta and it melts in your mouth. The food is all fresh. It's BYOB, so you can enjoy your favorite wine or beer. The service is incredible and so is the atmosphere. Usually there are musicians playing guitar and the accordion and singing. They will sing children's songs for my daughter when we go. I highly recommend the Mediterranean fish, anything with mama's pasta, eggplant rolatini, and the strawberry shortcake pizza.

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here and everyone is still raving about the food-- especially the lemoncillo cake and the fried dough strawberry shortcake! We also have mama's pasta whenever we come here and love it every time! beware--- this atmosphere is great and everyone is always very nice, but this is not a quick in and out dinner! plan for at least 2 hours for dinner! i'm sure it's because everything is homemade and it's all a part of the "family dinner table" experience, but sometimes you just don't have that much time to spend on dinner! love everything else!

Came here with a group on Sunday. It was snowing so we were only one of two tables in here, the waitress was super nice. The food tasted good, I got the chicken broccoli Alfredo, nothing to rave about but certainly tasty and satisfying. A little expensive for what you get for some of the dishes. BYOB was nice. I thought the service was pretty slow for only two tables... If I were in the neighborhood I'd go back but I wouldn't go out of my way to go here.

A group of us (5) went here for the first time on a Sunday night (it was during a snowstorm) so there were only four other parties in the restaurant but I didn't find it to be anything special. The decor was confusing and rather tacky at times although the atmosphere was decent and our server was very pleasant. There were only two staff members on for the lack of customers but the food and refills still took a while to get out. Not to mention that the pricing was a bit steep for being in the middle of Springfield...$20 for a dish of Pasta Bolognese with Meatballs. The BYOB concept was fun but I don't think it would be enough to bring me back to this establishment even on a busier night. Overall, not the worst experience I've had by far but probably not enough to make me come back asking for more.

Felix's Family Restaurant is a great place to go if you're looking for a yummy Italian dish. The charming ambiance sets a great vibe to enjoy a nice dinner with friends and family. The menu is a little pricy, but the portions are generous. I definitely recommend the Pasta Primavera with whole-wheat fettuccine and olive oil. It's BYOB so don't forget your red wine to go along with the delicious homemade pastas!

This place is AMAZING!!! Went here because Typical Sicilian had a long long wait, and boy I'm glad they did! Felix's Family Ristorante is where it's at! The atmosphere was so cute, the servers (especially the older gentleman who was the host, oh god he's friggin' adorable lol) and my GOD THE FOOD!!! I ordered the special that was the Gnocchi and chicken in their own cream sauce...to die for. If I hadn't begun to fill up on the chipotle ranch calamari I would've probably finished the entree. Honestly I don't even remember what my Husband got because my face was concentrated on MY entree the entire time LOL. Oh and they're BYOB! How awesome is that? We will definitely be back!

Agree with other reviewers it is one of the best kept secret of Springfield. Great homemade Italian fare with spot-on service. Do not miss the homemade or Mama's pasta. Everything is good. My in-laws are regulars here, and can say the same for many others. This place is BYOB, so pack your favorite wine or beer, and they will be happy to open it and place it on ice for you. Neighborhood is a tad dicey for those not familiar with Springfield, but it is safe enough enough I assure you and well worth it.

Visited today, Had a wonderful salad and Baked Haddock with grilled vegetables. The atmosphere was excellent, the service was professional and the food was spectacular as well as the company. The owners are wonderful down to earth, hard working people who go the extra mile to ensure the quality and experience is superb. Thank you for a wonderful time and experience. A definite place to recommend to people.
