They didn’t have a menu when we came in to order and didn’t initially offer one. So we had to guess what sides we wanted. They made a very simple ketchup only burger wrong, the chicken tenders were burnt and they didn’t include any dipping sauce.

The food at this location has been pretty bad the last two visits, and this trip sealed the deal on not returning. My order was 30 minutes late at pick up, and was missing an order of onion rings and two sides of dressing. I live far enough away that it wasn't worth driving back to get the missed items, and I didn't feel like waiting another 30 minutes for them to replace it.

We came for dinner tonight (a little after 5) and honestly it felt like a waste of money. My partner's food was covered in some kind of fuzz (like clothing fuzz not hair) and we couldn't even complain as our server was extremely inattentive. Even at the end when we got ice cream I got a hard serve (sundae) and it came out completely liquefied because they'd let it sit. Complete waste of nearly $70, won't be going back

Friendly's Sundaes never disappoint . There are so many combinations of ice cream and toppings to choose from. The folks working the Take out window did a great job keeping up with all the orders
