I was craving a grilled cheese and tomato soup for lunch and I remembered how much I used to enjoy Friendly's grilled cheese and tomato soup, so I decided to order it to go from this store. Right when I arrived, I was acknowledged right away and greeted with a smile from each worker I made eye contact with. I was told someone would be right with me. Seconds later a gentleman came over, I told them my name and the food was ready to go for me! As always, they did not disappoint! The food was just like I remembered...delicious! I will definitely be back!

Today I visited for some ice cream with two other friends and waited for literally 20 minutes for the waitresses to come to us. There was no response from them. Even though the restaurant is almost empty, they keep going to people that came after us and serve them but not even to our side even though they saw us. Eventually we had to leave since no one was taking our order. I visit this store often and this is not what I expected today.

Notoriously under staffed at ALL times. They ran out of MANY flavors of ice cream on my last visit! Come on, that's like McDonald's running out of hamburgers! Lol!
