I’ve been here in person about 3 times and I used to order from here when they offered delivery. The food is always fresh. The lady at the front counter could be a little more patient. The place was not even crowded and we felt as if we were being rushed to order our food. They have something called $1.50 per scoop. That’s really a great deal because you have the opportunity to try a variety of items if you’d like.I would not recommend going there to eat in. It could be a little cleaner and there aren’t that many seats to plan on eating there.

I ordered food and as I was eating a chicken teriyaki stick and there was a little nail inside of the chicken. Half way up the stick. I will never order from there again ?

Ordered 2 combo meals online and they didn't come with rice. I called and they told me that they will have it made and to come back to pick it up.Then they tried to charge me extra when combination meals come with pork fried rice. They will not recieve my service again.

The food was gross. The Fried Wontons were doughy inside. The Dragon and Phoenix was more like two separate dishes with two separate sauces put into one container. And the House Lo Mein tasted like it was cooked using lighter fluid. Would not

Ordered through door dash and was hoping for some decent Chinese food seeing as they were in the most popular section. Ended up with very bland fried rices soggy general saos chicken as well as chicken fingers. The only thing that came out good was the crab ragoons wouldn’t come back here sorry!

Food was incredibly bland. Pasty rice, bland lo mein, etc. I've had worse, but not by much. Not sure if quality varies by time, day of week, distance delivered, etc. Just was barely worth ordering as an alternative to fast food.

I only like their steak and cheese egg rolls. I think they are pretty tasty and delicious. I've tried some of the other food wasn't too impressed. But when I'm hungry for a steak and cheese egg roll I will come here because these are the only ones in this side of town that serve it.

I used to absolutely love this place. But the last few times I've ordered, food was always missing and I even had a bag of food delivered to me, soaked in soup. Everything was ruined.... Spring rolls were drenched and soggy. Gross. Going somewhere else from now on.
I knew the place would be amazing when I saw 3.7 star reviews. its the sweet spot for Chinese take out. Anything higher or lower you know something is fishy.Whoever was the cook today was perfect.Other Chinese take out near Longmeadow taste watered down and lack any flavor but this place was spot on. Was expecting a little bit more from the Ragoons but ordered 5 different entrees and every single was great.Amazing flavor on the fried rice.This place will be our go to Chinese take out from now on.
