I've been going to GoldenDragon formally WongWalk for years. It was always delicious. Today I called and ordered the beef and broccoli dinner that came with pork fried rice. I was excited to bring it for lunch to split with my friend.It was horrible,,,the rice was like mush. It had a consistency of oatmeal There was no flavor to the beef and broccoli. It was worse then mall Chinese food. We threw it right in the trash. I called Golden Dragon-when I was going home and Ben told me to take it out of the garbage and bring it back.He knew who I was but wouldn't replace it or refund me afterI told Him we threw it out. i will never eat there again. There must be a new chef as this food was HORRIBLE. The food and the Customer Service was terrible. Think twice before you order from them because you'd be better off flushing your money down the toilet.

After seeing the photos of the bugs found in your food & after having my own encounter of a bug found in my food from a different chinese food restaurant, I will never be ordering chinese food again since it seems you all have the same problem. The only difference is I wasn't leaving until I got my money back because I didn't order insects.

Stopped eating Chinese food for awhile this was one of my favorite places before I stopped and now that im back eating have to say the food is just as good as I remember it being glad I can still get some good lo mein and fried chicken wings.

Wowza...RAW CHICKEN. Be careful when ordering from here as we just gave this spot another try after last time having a pickup order come out totally wrong and missing items, and now we just got raw chicken. We ordered two orange chickens and both were totally raw in the middle. Pretty gross and disappointing lol. Two of us are already feeling sick because we got a few bites down before realizing as it's a fried food. Oh and also we had something missing in this order as well.

For the price I paid ...food was not good. Used to be good but not anymore. Burnt food and a plate full of fat for boneless spare ribs...disappointed.. Will not be going back.

I really like there food but today would be last time I would order from them. I found a bundle of hair stings in my orange chicken. This is the second time finding hair in my food but this is to much. Called them up to let them know what happen and it was the second time. But they were not concern at all, I feel they are slacking off and are not being consistent. They really should take more precaution when handling the food. Thank you Golden Dragon for the last 4 months of service but it’s time to depart after this. Time to find another Chinese restaurant again in this city. Really becoming harder and harder.
