I’m not a major cookie fan but went out of my way to support this business after reading the owner’s story. I would take the cookies to various events I attended, but there was always drama attached to the experience. Often the store wouldn’t be open during posted hours or would be out of advertised cookies. And there was always an excuse or dramatic story. The last time I went, the women in line ahead of me was listening to some excuse about an accident or something as they were out of some of the types of cookies they claimed to have that day. The woman finally told the woman behind the counter that she was tired of all the excuses as this happened all the time, and she was not coming back. I had to concur based on the dismal selection and never went back. It was absolutely no shock when all their stores closed, again with a lot of drama surrounding the closures. It takes more than a decent product to run a successful business. It will be interesting to see if they can get it together in the future.

Have never had a cookie from here that wasn’t out of this world, and the workers are always welcoming and friendly. Had the chance to talk to the owner, who was incredibly nice herself. Cannot recommend this spot enough, any competitors “crumble” in comparison.

Finally tried Hot Oven Cookies today with my daughter. We ordered the lemon flavor and boozy cake flavor and they were BOTH amazingly delicious! We will definitely be going back to try more flavors !

I have yet to receive the cookies I ordered in December. They reached out but have not sent the cookies. Worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.
Cookies are to greasy and artificial tasting and the owner isn't pleasant and is rude to customers and also rascist to some people..don't waste your money . Crumbi cookies is so much better . Avoid hot oven cookies .

very impeccable cookies, a variety to choose from and lots of calories. Lots of different flavors to choose from. Awesome cookies. And I’m not much of a cookie eater but once in a while, you can splurge. But it’s a good time. If you wanna bring them into the office or give them to somebody for their birthday or get well that’s the perfect gift. It’s better than any cake out there.
