Customer service is horrible & rude! Took over 20 minutes for a waitress to take our order, doesn’t even remove the coffee from the previous customers & when we ask her for our coffee she had the audacity to tell us “she has a lot going on…excuse me!!!!”… !We had to leave, we don’t tolerate rude customer service! Never again!

IHOP is really good The food is amazing as well and the employees are very nice and friendly and if they make a mistake they fix it with no complaint I highly recommend checking this place out and the prices are pretty good as well

Food, my food anyway, was subpar. The place is grossly understaffed and the people that do work there need a personality check. Where was the manager and why was that individual not managing? Terrible restaurant, and it's like that at any of their franchises. Corporate could could care less and it shows.

Boy was I surprised, but in a good way. I bet it’s been 20 years since I went to an IHOP. I found out today that that’s been a big mistake. Went there with a couple of friends. We had a fantastic breakfast (2,2&2), The service was also great. This is going to be our new “go to place”. No more McDonald’s, too expensive and poor service there. I’m bringing the grandchildren here! My only suggestion is that the coffee could’ve been (a lot) hotter. See you again soon!
I placed an order for some strawberry banana pancakes and paid more for "fresh fruit", they only bring banana, black, they look unpleasant, I called and when I made the claim they hung up on me. The worst thing to think about for breakfast is this place.

Waited 15 min, alot of empty tables, slot of customers waiting at the door, after 15 min nobody even talked to me about sitting or placing an order, I was waiting to be seated, if you go be patient and expect to wait, Worcester IHOP crowded and sat right away, service was top notch, food was top notch, but that is 54 miles from here, poor poor Customer service, going to McDonald's
