Ordered food last night online for delivery. According to their website food would take 55 minutes to arrive to my surprise food arrived technically in 25 minutes but............Worse food ever!!!! 😫 🤮🤮
Food looked old. Overcooked. Not even hot. Seemed that the microwave it. Disgusting!! I couldn't even eat it I tossed it in the trash. Thank you Jack Cheng for stole me 25 dollars.
By the way, I took my time to read bunch of reviews about other people having the same issue with the food not being fresh at this point...Shut down your business and stop stealing people. People work hard for their money in this country

Called in order over phone, told me it would take 10 minutes. When I got there it hadn’t been done and I was told it would take about another hour. Called back again 30 minutes later just to verify, and was told the order was ready for pickup. I got there and it still was not done; was in a pile of other orders that had not been touched yet. Absolutely horrendous service and will not go there ever again!!!

This is BY FAR the BEST Chinese food in Springfield! Always fresh, delicious, not greasy, great portions, and fairly priced! I have been ordering from them for a while now and have tried LOTS of other places & Jack Chen reigns supreme! They totally made our Christmas eve! Great restaurant, never a mistake on any of my orders, fast & efficient delivery. LOVE THEM! All the stars!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Jack Chen has been hit or miss for us over the years. We ordered delivery last night and they forgot my daughters rice. I called right away and they said the person who handles online orders will call me back. No one ever followed up or resolved the issue. All the food was super disappointing- general tso's chicken was hard and over cooked...beef sticks dry and weird aftertaste, chicken fingers mushy. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Dont ever go here again worst experience possible order at 440 tell me no more then hour wait thats 540 didnt get food till 630 after 3 calls an they delivered to wrong house after i told driver we ordered as he walked to neighbors house ignoring me then no discount no extra food no sorry just utter disappointment

Food is just ok but service is terrible. They charge you for packets of duck sauce and forget food when delivering and made us wait another 45 minutes to get white rice. Not ordering from here again! Get it together people!!!
