Food is just ok but service is terrible. They charge you for packets of duck sauce and forget food when delivering and made us wait another 45 minutes to get white rice. Not ordering from here again! Get it together people!!!

My wife and I were in the area and wanted to try a different place for takeout and Jack Chen II was on our way home. The food was very good and fresh, and our order was ready right on time. We got a pu pu platter for 2 with house fried rice, and a small order of chicken teriyaki. We would order from here again.

I ordered today father’s day 2024 i ordered over the phone (4) chicken wings and shrimp fried rice extra shrimp she said $26 i must order $20 so i adddd (2) egg rolls and soda i get this disgusting chicken and one egg roll had to get lyff to get my refund she did not wanna give me a full refund she said she had to pay driver i was like you should give me my refund i caught a lyff for $6 never will i order here they gave me three old wings i ordered at noon when they first opened this is garbage!

Ordered chow mein ( 炒面 literally meaning “stir-fried noodles”). The dish came with exactly one noodle. Called to see what’s up, the Owner claims Chow mein does not come with noodles despite the item description. Won’t order from here again. They put ads in the fortune cookie.Edit: The owner has now called me to double down on chow mein not having noodles in it. They claim they are issuing a refund, but are adamant that chow mein is simply vegetables and no noodles despite the item description on their own website and information given by a worker.

The original owner was better then this new owner because lately I haven’t been liking my food ever since they changed, ive been eating here my whole life and it had never been this disgraceful; They need to step it up and stop slacking.
