The original owner was better then this new owner because lately I haven’t been liking my food ever since they changed, ive been eating here my whole life and it had never been this disgraceful; They need to step it up and stop slacking.

Called on the way and the person couldn't figure out what I wanted and said she had to call the kitchen and would call me back, 15 minutes plus I arrived at the place and just as I walked in she called, and said that I was right. Placed my order and sat in a cold room with just a little electric heater. Got my food went home and it was horrible, the worst food I have ever had from here....and probably the last. They just don't care about quality or customer service.

Was charged $309 extra for nothing and charged 2x for the food because of a mistake caused by the owners putting someone who didn't know how to do their job correctly in a position dealing with money. I was refunded quickly but have to wait 5 to 10 business days for it. I don't know who's ok with missing $300+ for up to 2 weeks when they have a family to feed and bills to pay, but it's totally unacceptable. This is a very serious mistake. Never will I be a customer again and will pass this along to everyone else I know who orders food. You're losing multiple customers over this . Thank you for doing something that is basically taking the food out of a child's mouth.

Let’s just say that the first time I ever tried the food from this place it was amazing. The second time wasn’t so great my chicken wings were stale and smelled and tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The third time I waited over an hour for food, called the restaurant phone didn’t ring, waited 10 min till I was finally able to get someone on the phone. To get the run around about my food to be told it was on its way to someone calling me back and saying the kitchen never received it. Unorganized is all I can say cause I spoke to three different people and got a different response from those three people. Let’s just say that was my last time ordering from this place I’m not one to leave reviews but today was the day.

I'm in the middle of moving so i ordered delivery service and they did a good job on that - something that seems difficult around here. the prices are a bit steep for the quality - it's ok, more like fast-food Chinese. however, I ordered again and paid extra on two items for duck sauce and never received them. I called right away and was told the manager would call me. an hour+ later, still no call. I called again, this time someone called in 15minutes. they blamed it on me stating I wasn't charged extra, but I had the invoice that showed clearly the added cost to each item. he then blamed their printer - yet I was charged $1 for ordering online - a "processing fee" his final offer was I'd get extra sauce the next time I ordered! there will be no next time. i paid cash so...beware, or at least stress any extras you paid for. i really like duck sauce, rarely have it, and was looking forward to the treat

Great delicious Chinese food! They have lunch and dinner meals which are reasonably priced! Their takeout food is always ready when stated and hot! I would highly recommend this place :-)
