If you like overpriced frozen seafood, this is your place! Breading nice and thick. Don't think grease has been changed in awhile. Hey its at the mgm casino, not exactly the place to go for a decent feed, so wasn't expecting much. Met expectations!

Great layout to eat but the food is horrible. Lobster roll should be called a butter roll. The platter was all frozen over battered seafood.

I've eaten here a lot. Food was always good....we got 2 seafood platters ...terrible....overcooked....dry coleslaw....very disappointed...

Ordered scallops. $22 for 10 small scallops that were mostly bread and a plate full of ff. I would definitely not eat here again. Very overpriced under quality!!

Not too bad for the price. Definitely worth it for the 50% off if you are 50 & older. With the discount the lobster roll is only 14 dollars and you can't beat that

Dissatisfied. Disappointed. I had the lobster roll and it had barely any lobster in it. Pretty pricey for a slim amount of lobster. Lobster bisque was thick, thicker than nacho cheese. Very odd tasting. Really sad, I was so excited to get some good lobster while in town.

This is located inside MGM casino at the South End Market. They have delicious seafood meals! We keep coming back for the fish and chips. The batter is so flavorful and crispy, fish is juicy. Hot lobster roll is also yummy. New England chowder and lobster bisque are also satisfying. Fast and excellent customer service!

This was a disappointment to say the least. A basic fish fry with two meh fillets over a base of greasy french fries. NO MALT VINAGAR!!! $16.00??? for the food. $8.00 for a beer??? Next time you rob me pull a gun... NOT RECOMMENDED.

The lady with the gray curly hair was extremely rude to me. Don’t work in a restaurant lady if that’s how you’re going to treat your guests. Also, $21 for a lobster roll is ridiculous. The blond haired lady in the kitchen was a sweetheart though. Nothing like the lady working the register.

We were at the Casino not many of the restaurants open so we decided on Lobster Shack - I had the cold lobster roll came with fries and coleslaw all for $19.00 today if you are 50+ with your card 50% off. My husband got the fish and chips my friends the chowder which they said was very good and a lot of clams very thick. Also the hot lobster roll. We all enjoyed our lunch and would order it again.

I got the fried shrimp basket, that came with fries and cole slaw and it was delicious. You get a lot of food for the money.

Lobster roll for the price was very small and came with a tiny cup of Cole Slaw. Husband had fish and chips and the fries were good but the fish was not very good, warmed up frozen fish. Neither lunch worth the price

A bit pricey but the Lobster roll was worth it. Enjoyed the atmosphere. The smoke free casino. The layout is nice. I didn't think it appropriate to pay a tip fee for something that is counter service.
