Excellent food. Great staff. They are very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. The restaurant is small, but space is utilized well. Never had a bad meal while dining in.

We had a reservation for Friday night for my girlfriend’s birthday. All of the food was delicious and mouth watering!! Drinks were very yummy. The crème brûlée cheesecake was out of this world!! Loved those sticky ribs!! One of the chefs Josh came out and talked us. We had a few questions about the entrées, and he answered them. The owner Drew was very kind as well!! Our server was on point. We’ll definitely be back!! Thank you Jackalope staff for making our night extra special!!

I've been here for brunch, but this is the first time I've had dinner here and I'm really upset. I'm really upset that it took me this long. This is officially the BEST STEAK I've had in the Greater Springfield area. OMG, the Steak Frite has me marking my calendar to plan my next visit to Jackelope, and you should do the same.

We had the BEST night out for my sisters birthday! While I have been to this fine establishment many times, most of the others in our party of 16 had not. Everything was perfection. Not a single complaint on the food, cocktails or service. Thank you Andrew and crew for accommodating my fam in such a gracious way!

The sound is tough. We had to yell to have a conversation. Food was normal average for the price point. We ordered 2 cocktails and 2 mocktails. The 2 mocktails were undrinkable.

Went for a comedy brunch show. Tickets were to be purchased in advance for $30 PP and advertised as a comedy brunch, doors open at 11, show starts at noon. Upon arrival, we patiently waited at our table for about 25 mins before we had to request a drink (even water), at this time the server (who's birthday was this day, poor guy) stated he was the ONLY server on and took our drink order and stated we could help ourselves to the brunch buffet. No food menu was given, drink menu only. Food was not bad. We did not even have water to drink until about 15 mins after we were told we could eat. First drinks (other than water) came after being there approx 45 mins. Comedy show was decent, we had some good laughs and the comedians were funny for local comedians. Once our check arrived, (which we assumed would be for our drinks only) there was a nice little extra $20 PP for the buffet! That is $50 PP for a very small "brunch" buffet (only breakfast foods ?) not including beverages and the show. The advertisement was very misleading and this is the reason for the review. Honesty is the best policy. Not good business at all and it made it so we will not return, simply on principle.

This is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. I’ve been there a few times and every time the service and food atmosphere was amazing and night the Szechuan tofu & the calamari were so dazzling and perfect that I felt I had to write this review. This place is the best!
