I wanted to give them a good rating so bad because it’s my first time trying a bowl but those people are extremely rude they will stare at you as you walk in and no even smile or speak and I spoke waved and was extremely nice and was met with eye rolls and ignored. lol horrible service like 10X I feel sorry for the people that work there it has such potential but miserable people makes that impossible avoid at all cost. They hate their job

I ordered a chicken bowl and a smoothie. The food was fresh but overpriced. Same concept as chipotle if you want a nice chicken bowl. They have a “house sauce” that they charge $2 for but it just tastes like honey mustard from stop and shop. I ordered online 2 hours in advance and when I arrived 2 hours later my food wasn’t ready. No one had an explanation as to why; they all just looked confused. Anyway the place isn’t bad. For the bowls they give you LOTS of rice and not much meat.

Today was my First time there, I went in and Ordered 2 Buddha bowls, they were sweet potato, Steak, veggies, and the house sauce. One for myself and one for my dad. My Brother got a peanut butter smoothie and “the perfect pair” avocado toast with an egg. We loved our food so much, And the service was great! There was a mistake with one of the orders and they went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected and to make sure we had a great experience! Definitely would recommend this place. The freshness and quality of food is worth the price! I left feeling full, and satisfied, and feeling so good after eating there. If you wanna take care of your body and give it the nutrition it needs, go to juguitos!!

I’ve been patronizing the business since 2021. Upon my encounters this year, the customer service has declined, for me, personally. The staff is not warm and welcoming and the owner specifically, has somewhat of a bad attitude Everytime I come into the establishment. He always has an off putting look on his face. Just this past week I walked in and the owner was at the register, I said “Hello” and he stared at me silent, I said “picking up” he replied “name” and I told him. Upon him handing me my drink I said “thank you” and again, no response. After voicing my concerns, I was ignored by the owner, until I questioned why my concerns were not addressed. Instead of taking accountability and reassuring me as a customer, with a genuine apology and resolution, he chose to just post other positive reviews and respond a lengthy message about how they get busy and I was tearing down the business by voicing my experience. I expressed accountability and a resolution was a reasonable response to my concerns and experience, but he simply responded saying “we appreciate your feedback”. As a business owner sometimes you need to be real about your energy and vibe and own up to that and make things right. That is not what occurred. I will no longer patronize or recommend this establishment.

Really great grilled chicken sandwich, the sauce they put on there is a little sweet but not overpowering (ask for light sauce if you don’t like sweet), chicken was smoky and the provolone paired with it perfectly. Love the plantain chips on the side too, I love having a light side with my sandwiches. Wish I lived closer so I could try this place more often, not a lot of healthy places in Springfield, if you want healthy food, there is your place!
Best smoothie I've ever had. Everything here is really fresh! I love their grilled chicken ciabatta. It is always just as good as the first time I had it. Support this business! Great customer service, amazing food and smoothies.
Just had a terrible experience here. The açaí bowl was frozen and had come right from the freezer (not fresh) and tasted freezer-burned. Asked to make a new one and they made the same thing. Was so disappointed and asked for a refund but they refused. Would not recommend this place.
