I was really disappointed the last time I went here. Usually the service and the food are great. But the customer service was awful. The woman in the drive thru was super rude, had an attitude and never gave us our receipt or put our order in. We had paid and had to wait on food to be cooked and were given a 10 to 15 minute estimate. 45 minutes later we had to go in just for them to tell us the order was never even filled. They gave more attitude and the food was horrible! Not sure I'll be eating there again.

I went inside and placed my order. Then I asked to use the restroom. There is only one restroom and one stall. So you would think it would be clean. Instead, inside of an actual public food establishment, the restroom was horrendous. There was literal feces all over the place. There was marijuana crumbs on the sink from someone rolling up on the sink and no one had cleaned it up. There was dried hard fecal matter all over the restroom. I literally opened the door and closed it back. I waited until I got home to use the restroom. I would literally rather starve and pee my pants then ever return to this disgusting establishment.

It's KFC...there are yeahs and nays but the staff tries their absolute best! The tenders were not hot but still tasted okay. There was a gang of folks waiting in line. It was dinner time so either be patient or go elsewhere. I'll try again when they open at 11am. I haven't had KFC in like 20 plus years so I don't want to be unfair.

if i could give negative stars, my god would i. i ordered my food off of DoorDash at 10:15 expecting it to be delivered no issue, spent 60+ dollars on one of their big meals! my dasher called me and told me the store ordered him to have me cancel and that they weren’t going to make my order. i called them and asked what the issue was and why they would confirm the order if it was unmakeable? they told me they could not help me and proceeded to tell me they close at 11. i made the order at 10:15 and they close at 12. absolutely disgusting, almost feels like they did it on person knowing how DoorDash is. because i did NOT receive a refund and am now down 63.99 in my wallet 🤣 disgusting behavior and i hope nobody chooses to order here through DoorDash because i guarantee if i had gone in person to their face, they would’ve made that order no issues. only because it was through DoorDash and over a phone call that they refused to make it and lied over and over.
