Couldn't fulfil app order. Manager shut the window on me and walked away for 5 min when I asked if they could substitute the 4 tenders they didn't have for something else on a $31.55 order. She then threatened to call cops on me if I didn't leave when she couldnt give me a refund or even give any guidance on how to get one or what number to calm. Pull away and figure it out yourself I guess?

20 min on phone with corporate to get a refund in 3 days. I understand these issues with the alls, but it was easily fixable. The attitude and impatience with reasonable questions was complete trash.

Expect to sit in the drive through for a minimum of 30 minutes, even if there is no one else in line. I actually can’t comprehend how this place is so bad constantly and they NEVER improve. They’re always out of what you order too.

I was really disappointed the last time I went here. Usually the service and the food are great. But the customer service was awful. The woman in the drive thru was super rude, had an attitude and never gave us our receipt or put our order in. We had paid and had to wait on food to be cooked and were given a 10 to 15 minute estimate. 45 minutes later we had to go in just for them to tell us the order was never even filled. They gave more attitude and the food was horrible! Not sure I'll be eating there again.

We visited the KFC in Springfield Mass. The food was good, the service staff exceeded our expectations of food options.
Plenty of clean sitting areas.

First Last

I went inside and placed my order. Then I asked to use the restroom. There is only one restroom and one stall. So you would think it would be clean. Instead, inside of an actual public food establishment, the restroom was horrendous. There was literal feces all over the place. There was marijuana crumbs on the sink from someone rolling up on the sink and no one had cleaned it up. There was dried hard fecal matter all over the restroom. I literally opened the door and closed it back. I waited until I got home to use the restroom. I would literally rather starve and pee my pants then ever return to this disgusting establishment.
