I asked you to provide compensation for: (1)running out of product; (2)giving me a wait time on not only one item, but two items ordered; (3)not having what you had me wait for; and you couldn’t even do it. Four piece meal and I asked for one extra WING to serve as a consolatory measure. To top it off, the cook on said food was abysmal. Tasted just like flour so I’m certain the BOH who was partially responsible for the lack of consolation and terribly cooked food was responsible for this bereft experience.
Came expecting the minimum, left with expectations giving Hades a run for its’ money.

Messed up my order two days in a row, first day ordered the hot honey box and they didn’t put the hot honey on the chicken and neither the honey packets in the bag that i also ordered, today i ordered the hot honey box again hopefully to try the hot honey chicken, checked the box in store and there was again no hot honey on the chicken. and also tried to not give me the other half of my order, i ordered the box along with honey packets again and a chicken little, asked for the other part of the order and they said no ???? finally got my other half and asked about the hot honey, lady at the counter barley spoke english and had to point to the ticket on the box that she handed to me to show that i wanted the hot honey on the chicken that i paid for. tried to go through the kfc assistance on the app and yesterday and today no one is available.took 10 minutes for my order to be somewhat right

Just ordered online a 16 pc extra crispy chicken, went to pick up my order got home it’s only 11 pieces in the box! I called and let them know that there was only 11 pieces and I ordered 16 pieces of the chicken in the box, she tells me “oh we don’t have any extra crispy wings!” Like excuse me! Never mind not having extra crispy wings, shit runs out I get that! trust me, I have worked in fast food before, but why would you not tell me that when I picked up my order and ask me if I would like to get something else! Why try to deceive and rob someone KNOWING that you didn’t give them what they ordered and PAID FOR!! Then I call the store, they ask me to go back to get the rest of my order that I PAID FOR!! Go all the way back to the store AND instead of giving me my 5 pieces they owed me they gave me 2!! TWO! I had to go into the store like what the HELL!! Again I’ve worked in fast food, if you messed up someone’s order and they have to come back, you go the EXTRA DAMN MILE to make sure you get it right THE SECOND TIME!! And then ask me “oh if I want something else?” No ma’am I want what the hell I paid for! nothing extra nothing else just what’s rightfully mine!! I’m NOT looking for charity!! I’m looking for INTEGRITY! Unfortunately this company is lacking the latter! Oh and the kicker, they don’t know who owns the company, who their boss is, you know the name at the bottom of ya PAYCHECK!! Everybody now has amnesia! Disgusting! Do yourself a favor and skip this location I wish I had gone the extra few mile to the Ludlow store, but this one was on my way home! Won’t make that mistake again!!

I just got the 2 piece chicken combo. The chicken was cold, greasy and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. The coleslaw was very watery and had the taste of onions in it. So disappointed!

I went to KFC Boston road on September 27 2024 and I got the six-piece chicken with the four small fries. My chicken was so soggy and rubbery. I've been calling since yesterday since I got it and nobody's answering. Obviously they know what they're doing

I have visited a lot of K F C restaurants. This one was very clean, soda area, floors and counter tops were clean.. The young lady who took my order was kind and patient with me and my family while trying to decide what we wanted. Of course, kids ALWAYS change their minds at the last second.. She kept a smile on her face and was willing to help get the kids their food. I will be returning and I hope she is there!!

I went to the drive through a couple of Sundays ago..the girl at the window was rude..then..said my card didn't go though and swiped it again.. she ended charging me twice.. KFC owes me 11.22.. and is giving me the run around about refunding the money..it's been almost 2 weeks..and no responds from corporate..be careful of this place..very shady..

Today is mothers and day and my mom went to grab some food the guy in front was very rude and threw the food to my mom and was like “here there’s your order”… very rude associate something needs to get done… either ya get rid of him or he’s going to cause ya business…
