This is B.S. KFC MANAGEMENT! PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR STORE!!! Bought a meal, the tenders looked burnt but they weren't. It was worse, the black color came from having been cooked in old as, stinky oil. Came here to write a review and find another review from a month ago saying the same thing! Then another, dam. Tried eating one since I got to the job site before noticing, but it smelled like shiz The place is clean and staff is friendly but I'm sure that it's MANAGEMENT who says how often the oil gets switched out for fresh clean oil. Um, it's time ok. You're giving this store a bad rep.

We were waiting in line for someone to take our order. The guy came out with someone else's order then told us sorry the lobby is closed at 9pm and it was 9:06. The door wasn't locked and there were a couple of us. He should have locked the door and still took care of us after we were already waiting on him.

Do not let the neighborhood scare you!Wanted to thank Erica <-- hope I spelled it correct. She went above and beyond. I walked in with my toddler on my hip & my 10yr old. My 10 year old was visibly upset for dropping a soda and perfusly apologized. Erica kept reassuring her it was okay. Help us out to the car and waited for me to strap my toddler in and made sure my 10yr old got into the car before handing us our food. Place was clean, food was good. Remember if you cant wait 30 minutes plus, for fresh food ANYWHERE now in days. Well, then maybe you should cook at home!

She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my order, and her positive attitude really stood out.
