Best soul food in Hampden County. Maybe even Western Mass!! The food is consistently yummy no matter what day of the week or time of the day. They also cater and prices are extremely reasonable for the portions. I’ve had them cater several of my events. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. If you haven’t tried them out… Do it now!!! (Not related or paid to write this).
In my experience, they don't have enough staff to keep up with how busy they were. It's a nice place, but my best friend was upset that they messed up and didn't say they were out of rice when we ordered. We spent about $60 for 2 meals, drinks, and desserts. There were other customers getting upset they messed up on their orders as well. The food was pretty good. The guy who took our order was very nice, but it seems the staff in the back was more focused on watching...

Drove down to Springfield from NY and this spot was worth the drive and would do it again! Really soul food !!! Exactly what we were looking for.
Also this place is 10 mins from the basketball hall of fame.
