Recently went back for another visit and they definitely redeemed themselves. Excellent service and food all around.

The broth I got was excellent. Otherwise good quality food to be cooked in the broth. Only annoyance was the service. Missing food items and when requesting the replacements staff seemed annoyed that we asked again. Kitchen staff(or bussers not sure what they were) were extremely unpleasant, didn’t say a word of what items were as they hastily placed them on the table and seemed annoyed when we asked what things were (we ordered a few different cuts of beef so we wanted to know what was what.)

Overall I would come back again and give them a second chance but the staff kind of ruined the experience.

Me and my girlfriend come here almost once a week. We love the waitress’s, especially the nice young lady with glasses and another girl I believe she said her name was Tingting. Always a warm welcome!! The food is great, and we always leave with a full bellies. This is the best weekly date spot, bring your partner, family, and friends.

Would never go here again. Sat at table r-c1 on July 17th for dinner time. Our waitress did not introduce herself, so we can only describe her by appearance as a Chinese girl with glasses. This isn’t generally a big deal, but we kinda hoped for a little welcome or a quick guide since we were new. Unfortunately, the level of service she gave us was incredibly disappointing.

We got our drinks and orders seems like it rang in. Everything was fine until we got our food. Some orders were wrong, some never came out, which we had to correct every time. We also observed that service from her felt very untidily rushed, with one instance where a plate of food was even dropped. She eventually mumbled an apology, but it came across as completely perfunctory, lacking any real sincerity.

Also, when we were trying to sort out the mistaken extra orders, our waitress responded with clear annoyance, which instantly changed the entire mood at our table.

What really stood out was the discrepancy in service. We watched other waitresses deliver exceptional service to their tables, and frustratingly, our own waitress lavished attention on the table beside us, checking on them repeatedly, while we were consistently skipped. It was striking to think about the fact that we were completely ignored after receiving our food, and not once did our waitress stop to ask 'how is everything going for you?

Most of us at our table are servers ourselves, so we get it – bad days happen. But there's a baseline of respect and professionalism that we just didn't get. It's one thing for food orders to be mixed up, but when you can't even get basic human decency, there's really no point in coming back. I don’t ever write reviews, but I personally felt it was necessary to push the narrative that every customer deserves to be treated with the same care.

I went for the first time with my mother and grandmother who's 86😁 They both loved it I was amazed by the service which was exceptional, the food was delicious and filling... sorry Delicious and Filling!!!!!! 😋

The restaurant is beautiful and when we got here the staff was very pleasant. However, I cannot tell you how the food is because when we found out we had to cook it ourselves, that was a turn off for us. I'm sure the food and the experience is great... when I go out to a restaurant, I want to be served, I can cook at home. Enjoy 😉.

Good service. Pretty decent food quality for a KBBQ/hotpot restaurant in western Mass. Its no Koreatown or Flushing like New York so having a place like this around here is nice.
