We had an engagement around the corner and needed to find some coffee. Stopped in and got that and then some! We couldn't leave without some baked goods, of course, and the staff was patient and helpful as I wandered around trying to decide. Everything we got was fresh and delicious (and they had rainbow bagels, which are hard to come by where we're from!)...if you get the chance, you should stop by!

The Cake looks and taste good, at the end of the party their was no cake left. I will b def getting all my cakes from koffee cup bakery. I can't wait to order my NXT cake... I picked up a mix of classic glazed donuts, chocolate dipped donuts, and cupcakes, and let me tell you… perfection. The glazed donuts were soft, fluffy, and melt in your mouth good that light, sweet glaze is undefeated.
The cupcakes were moist, flavorful, and beautifully topped cookies & cream, red velvet, and funfetti vibes that taste just as good as they look
Koffee Kup is one of those places that never changes, same quality, same comfort, same happiness in every bite. Generations deep and still doing it RIGHT. Forever my go to!

Worst experience ever. Went to buy a cake for a birthday and it was such a disappointment. The cake itself was stale, dry and flavorless. Then if you look at the pictures it was 70% frosting. One of the worst tasting frostings I've ever tasted in my life. It was a taste like lard and sugar, all waxy and inedible. I will not recommend this to my worst enemy.

I’ve gone here for years and have spent so much money here , so many birthdays and events that I’ve gotten cakes for and I don’t know if something changed recently but after my most recent cake order I will NEVER be returning as a customer to this establishment and I will be sure to let all my friends and family and coworkers know as well. My cake was NOTHING that I expected, there was a word missing and the numbers on the cake were incorrect . instead of a professional response with an apology or any kind of simple solution, I got “well you got what you paid for because you only spent $100” … absolutely disgusting customer service. NEVER returning.

Stopped by your booth on Sunday 9/28 at the Big E… Bought a whoopie pie from you guys after being disappointed in the Maine building where their whoopie pies were made with Fluff and not Buttercream…. I told you the best whoopie pie I ever had was from Santa’s village in New Hampshire…. Well I am here to say that I now have a new favorite whoopie pie!!! Yours was AMAZING!!! My only regret is I didn’t buy more!

Terrible I asked for a double chocolate cake for my birthday and they made it nothing like what I asked for it was super dry with some sort of white filling and they just chopped it up as a bad batch that I have to deal with and then they refused to remake it or refund any money
