The banquet hall was affordable, and most importantly, clean. Luz was very patient with me as this was my first planned event with the help of my family đ. She was responsive and open to questions about the rental. Would recommend !

She is very responsive and extremely helpful when asking for suggestions or tips for your event. I rented the hall on Cottage St for my baby shower and it was perfect! Luz stood the entire time to make sure everything went well. I rented a few items from her for my shower at a very affordable price like the cake stands, sternos, and her speaker which is very loud and works wonderfully. No need for extra costs on a DJ! She was very timely with opening and closing for us. She even helped us clean up. I would recommend her 100% for any event!

First n foremost the owner is great, very professional and extremely helpful! The venue is nice, affordable, clean and everything was and always is perfect. Her prices for setup / rental is reasonable as well. I will definitely use this place over n over again as long as the dates available definitely 10 starsâïž Had a great experience each time and I highly recommend!

Ordered a two tiered cake for my grandmotherâs 65th birthday back in May. I requested a semi naked cake. The attention to detail was on par. We absolutely loved it! I donât even like nor eat vanilla, but I ate more than one slice. My grandmother loved her cake as well. I definitely would order from here again.

Got a custom 6in. Funfetti, blue, pink and purple Cat Cake for my daughters birthday and the frosting and piping were beautiful. The cake was so delicious, Iâm going to have to switch this to my favorite cake place because even my husband ate his whole slice and he hates cake. Thank you for completing this birthday with deliciousness!

I thought cake was suppose to be sweet,soft, and tasty..My family and I did not like our cupcakes or cake. I ve tried them more than once. First time at there location in Springfield MA on chestnut street. Then at this location, also at there newest location.. Each time very disappointing for my family and myself. Customer service wasnt so good either, the lady was a bit flirtatious with my husband in front of our kids. Truly after something else I seen I think the Board of Health and undercover police officers should pay them a visit...

Thank you Luz for renting us your beautiful space on such a short notice! Youâre really amazing!! I recommend to rent this spot 100%!! Itâs super clean and spacious! 2 floors, and so nice!! My fiancĂ© and I came to her with barely any ideas for his daughterâs 19th bday party, and she made the experience so easy! She decorated so beautifully đ€© and was so kind! She has a beautiful space, she will decorate the party for you, and she does cakes!! Need I say more?! Thank you again!
