Came across this food truck while leaving the museum. The strong sent of seasonings drew me in. I had a great experience. The person who took my order was friendly and super helpful. If you chose not to dine in the dining area you can give them your number and they will call you so you can wait in your car during cold or wet weather. The wait was ten minutes or less which was convenient, especially for someone with a short lunch break. The food was amazing! Legit the best tasting meal I've had in a while. I enjoyed the plantain fries with meat and shrimp. The shrimp were large and cooked perfectly. The meat tasted as good as it smelled. The perfect meal for a quick lunch or dinner. I enjoyed the small portion and it didn't leave me feeling bloated or too full. The meal and experience were great and I will def be returning in the future.
