Ordered food 30 minutes in advance while at work, got there and they just started to make it. Came back 25 minutes later still not ready. Food is good but do not go if you’ve got any kind of time line. Food wise good business wise very poor

seen this food truck for months finally decided to give it a go... was not busy 1 person ahead a me. I got the birria tacos. they came w cucumber slices lime wedges and a big slice a avocado with the consomme. order took roughly 10 minutes prob less. these tacos were top tier indeed. perfectly cheesy n packed nicely def didn't skimp out but not overly packed just right. 4 came in the order. paired these with a lime jarritos and it was fantastic. it came w a green sauce not sure exactly what it was tasted like a jalapeño hot sauce(not spicy just flavorful). the consomme was absolutly loaded with beef prob coulda made another taco just from that. I will absolutely be returning to this truck! 9/10

It used to be a very good place to eat, maybe the best in the area, but I returned after half a year and now my experience was bad. The tacos are very small, they have no flavor. I don't know what happened. Maybe they changed the cook. My birria tacos didn't suit them. almost the meat looks just cheese and very little flavor

Aright, y'all, I am as white as they come. I don't speak or read Spanish, so mostly-Spanish writing for the menu and description of food items has always been a little intimidating to me. However, I work right on Main Street in Springfield, so the food trucks around the area have always interested me. Once upon a time a couple of years back, I went to a separate food truck and was treated extremely poorly, so I was hesitant to venture down to the same area and try again. Well, I've gone 3 or 4 times now for my work lunch and the folks that work their magic here at this spot are always incredibly kind.Now, for the food: One word, amazing. It's impossible to beat $6 for two tacos for an easy work lunch, and the flavor is phenomenal. Each time I've had them, the tacos have been absolutely loaded with meat, cilantro and onions, so you're definitely getting more than your money's worth. I am making this a regular part of my work lunch routine because again - it's impossible to beat the price for how much value you get. Check them out if you're in the area.

The customer service and food is great here. You can tell they really care about their customers because they will remember you and even give you beverages on the house for being a reoccurring customer. I highly recommend trying them out the food is delicious and definitely worth trying.
