Aright, y'all, I am as white as they come. I don't speak or read Spanish, so mostly-Spanish writing for the menu and description of food items has always been a little intimidating to me. However, I work right on Main Street in Springfield, so the food trucks around the area have always interested me. Once upon a time a couple of years back, I went to a separate food truck and was treated extremely poorly, so I was hesitant to venture down to the same area and try again. Well, I've gone 3 or 4 times now for my work lunch and the folks that work their magic here at this spot are always incredibly kind. Now, for the food: One word, amazing. It's impossible to beat $6 for two tacos for an easy work lunch, and the flavor is phenomenal. Each time I've had them, the tacos have been absolutely loaded with meat, cilantro and onions, so you're definitely getting more than your money's worth. I am making this a regular part of my work lunch routine because again - it's impossible to beat the price for how much value you get. Check them out if you're in the area.

The customer service and food is great here. You can tell they really care about their customers because they will remember you and even give you beverages on the house for being a reoccurring customer. I highly recommend trying them out the food is delicious and definitely worth trying.

This was from the restaurant on boston rd. We ordered the: Nachos al pastor, Mix fajitas, and the chorizo Burrito and a piña colada and OMG the food was delicious worth every penny.

Sorry but this place was awful. First off, the food truck location is no longer there. As of a week or two ago, It is a restaurant in a run down strip mall 20 minutes away. We got there and the setup was strange only one other table was taken, but the drinks and food took forever. Once it was there, i wished we never went there. The sauce on the chilaquiles had a strange flavor. Not sure if it was spoiled or if they used too much lime or salt or what but something tasted off or at least out of balance. The carne asada tacos we ordered were literally just ground beef, and lacking any flavor or seasoning. ANY authentic or nearly authentic mexican restaurant this would never happen. Carne asada is steak! not ground beef. We asked the waiter after he disappeared for 20 minutes what was the dish was, if there was some mistake. He brought the 'chef' out and she tried to explain that this was their carne asada. I asked where she was from in mexico, and if she were to order carne asada in her hometown 'is this how it would be made?' She said she was from Guatemala, which is fine, but if you are running a mexican restaurant some familiarity with the cuisine is needed! Not to mention the platter was almost $20. To their credit they did remake the tacos with chopped steak, finally, but still it was lacking in flavor. The rice was not mexican style, no flavor and the beans had a strange sweet taste, not good. I had the birria tacos, the meat was fine but the consume was weak in flavor. Like it was watered down, don't know if they didn't cook it long enough to reduce down and concentrate the flavor more. I have traveled throughout mexico and the usa and this is hands down the worst mexican food i have ever had. I can't imagine this place will be open long, but until then stay away!!!

Food is great! Can be a little longer wait sometimes but it's well worth it. The tacos birria and al pastor are really, really good. They are loyally there, ready for you rain or shine. It is inconsistent on whether they accept cards or it's cash only, so best to be prepared in advance. There is an ATM right around the corner, though. You definitely want to check this place out!

Went there because they hyped it up on Facebook, so I had to try it! The birria meat is tender, but to me, it was lacking in flavor. Not the worst I've had around but definitely was missing something.. I would still go back though. Just giving my honest opinion.

I like my al pastor to be more sweet and have either a pineapple slice on it or chunks of pineapple. So the al pastor was okay but not bad. I still liked it. Now their Birria tacos? Go run and buy that plate right nowwwwww! You won't be disappointed.
