Las Kangris Restaurant & Bar

I wanted to love this place but the food fell short. The food did not taste fresh at all, the rice tasted like it was reheated, the carne frita was super hard, lacked flavor and it was dry, it tasted like it was frozen, thawed and then cooked or it was cooked and then reheated, the tostones were super small. I had to ask for mayo ketchup, it should come out with the entree. In addition, it wasn’t cheap and the drinks are super expensive. The snapper was meh and the parking is horrible. The plus side, Our server was great, the restaurant is really cute and they play good music, it has a nice ambiance, oh! And the beans were good. In short, I’ve wouldn’t recommend this restaurant nor would I go back again.

Unexpectedly delighted! We aren't local & needed a place to eat before a show. Food was great (we tried fish taco, empanadas, tostadas, and chicken with rice & beans), and service was great!

amazing latin place in downtown springfield the food was so good and the drinks i had a passion fruit mojito its was so good i will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone come check them out

Absolute worst experience ever. If I could give zero stars I would. My first time going and last. The restaurant itself was hot and humid, was there for 20-30 mins with not even a water being offered. Then the waiter came to the table next to us (who got there after us by the way) to take their order and completely dismissed that we were there. Overheard them telling the table the food was going to be a while.
Appeared 1-2 people working to service over 12 tables. After seeing them go to the table that came in after us to service them without any regards to us and the fact that we were waiting….we walked out. NEVER AGAIN. I was hoping to support local business but with this service absolutely not!

Went this past Sunday with a group of friends and it was so much fun! I ordered Salmon with Yellow rice and sweet plantain! So delicious but I got full off all the appetizers we ordered which were so good as well! Our server Carla was wonderful. She took pictures and videos of us when we asked and her service was spot on! I also ordered the passion fruit mojito and had to get a second round because it was so good! It was one of my friends birthday and the owner served us a round of shots! We literally had a time there! They accommodated our needs to the upmost!

Today hands down was the best service we ever had me and a couple of friends went for my bday our waitress Carla was hands down awesome friendly! Not sure if it was the owner but we were given A free round of shots for my friends and I the vibe and atmosphere was great 100% would recommend this place to my friends and family I will be back soon!
