$10 cover charge at the entry, for what exactly? Unbelievably loud for a hookah lounge. Hookah is to have a nice evening with friends. I could not hear my friend sitting next to me. When we asked to lower the volume, they tuned further up. Even harmful for ears. Ridiculous. Left the place before an hour. Waste of time and money. If you want to serve as a disco, then do not advertise hookah lounge. The seats and taste of the hookahwere good but could not enjoy at all

This lounge is beautiful but I’m not sure what’s going on with the owner and who ever is in charge of running and promoting this spot is trash. They never pick up phones or respond to social media inboxes. They don’t serve food anymore. They only have it for clubbing I guess only catering to young crowds when they’re not the ones with the money in Springfield. Sad. It has so much potential. I was there on a Saturday to celebrate my bday it was dead we were the only ones in there all night till closing. I couldn’t believe it. I use to go the a few years back and it was always packed and they had food. Also I never had to pay to sit at a table with food , drinks and a hookah. Now they charge to sit down. I hope it gets a better promoter please. If you read this let me know who’s in charge so we can complain to him directly. Only positive was the one waitress that was there was so kind and sweet she definitely was great to us. And the dj was awesome also. Security girl was not to nice she was telling the dj to shut it down and stop playing music as soon as it was 1am. No where near closing time and he ignored her and kept playing music letting us enjoy our night. It was a large group of us he must’ve felt bad that the club was dead lol.

Rarely I give 1 stars but this place should be called Le Sux! Terrible everything! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...NOT EVEN FOR THE HOMELESS THAT LIVES AROUND THERE!

I had a ready great time at this establishment. The service was great and the atmosphere was also great. I really enjoyed the music. I’m not really a hookah smoker but you don’t have to be to enjoy yourself here.

This was our first time there & I can say that from the moment we walked in our server Kareem was amazing she answered all of our questions made sure everything was always great the whole time we were there!! I do Wish there were more food varieties on the menu but they were delicious. My only complaint was the music it was way to loud once the official guest dj was on the mic we requested for it to be lowered & still was ignored by the dj. I've been to many clubs lounges & concerts & this was way to loud you couldn't even hear the person next to you even if we were screaming. But other then the obnoxiously loud music the place was awesome we will definitely go back maybe with ear plugs to be on the safe side.

Kareem was amazing!!! She was attentive and took care of us the whole night! We will definitely be back because of her.

Very expensive not worth it music's OK the speakers sounded awful Need to bring the VIP prices
