We had such a great experience here! I ordered the beef fusion gyro and my husband had the upside-down chicken maqluba. Both meals were absolutely delicious—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and far from your average gyro or wrap. I really appreciated the creative fusion because you can’t get that type of gyro anywhere.

The service was just as good as the food. Even when the restaurant was busy, they took the time over the phone to carefully explain the dishes and make sure we would get exactly what we wanted. That kind of thoughtful service made the whole experience even better.

Overall, flavorful food, warm service, and a unique menu. We’ll definitely be back!

We were looking for a restaurant in the area and found this place on Google maps because of all the good reviews. I'm glad that we decided to come here for lunch.

We ordered at the counter with the friendly gentleman working there. Choose your own seats and they will bring your order to your table. Coffee and tea were complimentary.

I opted to do their crispy hot honey chicken combo that came with fries and a can of soda. I did enjoy it and the fries were good too. The chicken shawarma was also delicious and had a lot of nice flavors.
They carried RC cola products! Can't remember the last time I've had one so that was fun.

The food was absolutely amazing, we got the Boom Boom chicken sandwich as well as their take on the Philly cheese steak, payed a total of $26.51. Who I’m assuming was the owner was extremely kind and respectful, welcomed us to come back and made our experience feel special. There was also complimentary coffee and tea, both of which we tried and enjoyed very much. We also noticed him giving out a meal to a homeless person in need. If all of that wasn’t already enough, he also gave us a complimentary cheesecake slice to try, which I also highly recommend, it was the perfect finish to this amazing experience. Highly recommend coming here, we will definitely be back!!! I apologize for not including photos of our food… it was so good we had no thought other than to just eat and enjoy this amazing meal.

I came here to eat without super high expectations. I have eaten at many middle eastern restaurants and most are really good. Libertys was different as it was not good it was outstanding. You can tell attention to detail and love was put into everything they do. I ordered a chicken shawarma and it so flavorful and juicy. The amount of flavor and freshness was like nothing I ever had. I typically don’t eat that much but I also could not resist a good sub. I live in California where good subs are hard to come by. I ordered the half combo and once again i couldn’t get over how fresh and tasteful it. This was two weeks ago and I’m still thinking about it. The meat was fresh, as was all the veggies and of course the bread was soft and fresh as well . If you are within an hours drive of Libertys in Springfield MA I would highly recommend it. Excellent food and service. Please open one in Southern California.

Had 8” Philly Steak & Cheese with fries. Sandwich was hearty & generous portion of fries. Ate half of sandwich & fries there and took half to go. Wait was short…food was hot…service was friendly. Would strongly recommend.
