I came here to eat without super high expectations. I have eaten at many middle eastern restaurants and most are really good. Libertys was different as it was not good it was outstanding. You can tell attention to detail and love was put into everything they do. I ordered a chicken shawarma and it so flavorful and juicy. The amount of flavor and freshness was like nothing I ever had. I typically don’t eat that much but I also could not resist a good sub. I live in California...

Had 8” Philly Steak & Cheese with fries. Sandwich was hearty & generous portion of fries. Ate half of sandwich & fries there and took half to go. Wait was short…food was hot…service was friendly. Would strongly recommend.

Liberty Mediterranean is a gem!

I ordered the boom boom chicken grinder and it was delicious! The flavors were fresh, bold, and satisfying. What really stood out, though, were the owners. They were incredibly friendly and kind, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they care about their food and their customers. I’ll definitely be going back! Highly recommend!
