Just plain awful. My family and I had dinner here on Saturday 7/5/25. We ordered two burrito bowls and one burrito. Prices were not outrageous for a casino restaurant. But now I understand why. The worst Mexican food I have ever eaten. The chicken was overcooked, the rice was undercooked. When we asked for salsa just to make the food edible, we were told it would be an additional $2 each. We smothered everything in free hot sauce just to make it edible. Please take your appetite anywhere but here.

I feel completely scammed! I don’t know if they’ve gone downhill over the years, but when my sister ordered a burrito bowl back when they were new, she got what she paid for—a bowl filled to the top. Fast forward to this year when I decided to give them a try, and my bowl was barely halfway filled! And to top it off, I spent $20.33 on it. The portion I received for that price was absolutely unacceptable. I’m beyond disappointed and will never be buying food from MGM again!

Clearly and by far the worst attempt at a burrito bowl I have ever had. Terrible ingredients, taste, and temperature. What a waste of money. Couldn’t eat more than a few bites.

Just stopped there yesterday for food because I've been wanting to go for aver a year but I'm out of state and this is an hour away. Only 2 employees. Cashier was beyond slow and didn't wear gloves to touch people's food, did for ours. Also, we ordered 2 items and it took over 5 minutes for the cashier to put it into the computer. Food was generic and sloppy in a bad way. Cook was in full covid gear with mask. Taco came in a big container with basically nothing in it. I rolled it up like a churro because of the lack of ingredients. Kinda feel gross right now. Aftertaste is not good 3 hours later.

Bought a burrito bowl and it was so dry. I asked for sauce he said hey I have good news we have sour cream. No tomatillo, no salsa. Nothing to wet up the dry bowl. The burrito bowl had rice, tomatoes and chicken that's it. Then he added 3 little lines of sour cream. This place is a taco place but it is not Macho Taco, Macho taco is Agawam is wonderful. I wanted carne asada fries and they had no carne. What!!
If I could leave negative stars I would. I go to the original restaurant in Agawam from time to time, because they have the best Mexican food I have ever had outside of Texas or CA. CA native here and it’s hard to find a good spot on the East coast. This location is not the same restaurant! I ordered chicken nachos and I could have made my own from 7/11 ingredients and it would have been comparable. Food was cold, rude staff, and took 20 minutes after ordering that they did not have what I originally ordered. I was cool with that, I just changed the order. New item came out cold and it was a tortilla filled with rice. I threw away all the food and just left. Don’t even bother coming here, drive the extra 10 min and hit up the original location. I was embarrassed I took my friend here and told her it was good Mexican food.

This was the best birria tacos I've had so tasty Melted cheeze on the outside good size too them. The beef in them tasted great!. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town ?
Multiple employees couldn’t find my order. Eventually found it sitting under the heat lamp, this was 40 minutes after I placed the order. They couldn’t tell me how long it had been sitting, they didn’t offer to remake it. The service person told me to check if it was hot and then asked if I wanted it.
