Best Chinese food in the area. Their fried rice has a nice variety of vegetables in it and the sauces don't overpower the natural flavor of the food (as opposed to others that overload the sauce to hide overcooked or old food, remember that when your chinese food is too sweet or spicy).

We come here at least once a week. Main Garden has the friendliest Employees & their Extra Spicy beef & broccoli 🥦 is Diabolical. Everything is always wicked fresh & the egg rolls and crab rangoons are fried to perfection. Extra point the hot chili oil is amazing

I really don’t consider it a sit down place, I could see it if it were closer to a work area that it would be a good lunch spot. We used to live very close to the restaurant now we live all the way in South Hadley and I will travel there to get the best Chinese food in Springfield

Their treatment towards customers is actually disgusting and disturbing they gaslight you and make you feel crazy about an order THEY MESSED UP . and I see why their business has declined! I will take this matter up with my bank!
I usually pick up or DoorDash food from here. The shrimp fried rice with chicken wings is my go to. Their crab Rangoon are also really good

We have gone to Main Garden several times and sometimes we were satisfied and sometimes we were not. Tonight we were not and will not be returning. We ordered a PuPu Platter for three and we were not pleased. The price had increased to $38.40 and the quality and quantity decreased. and the food had an aftertaste of the frying oil. The teriyaki beef strips were half the size and there were only 6 chicken fingers which also were half the size. The tempura batter on the shrimp was wet inside and not throughly done. In addition, there were only 3 battered shrimp. We were very disappointed and will go elsewhere in the future

ordered a number of different items gave it a three-star for a number of reasons. There were good and bad the egg rolls were delicious,beef teriyaki, egg rolls, pork lo mein we're all very delicious as a high-end Chinese restaurant. Extreme disappointment with Sesame beef, The Family Combo there was definitely something wrong with the boneless spareribs those are very foul smell with I open it smells like bad dish water,The General Tao's chicken had No flavor whatsoever, The cthicken fingers were extremely greasy where I squoes it and grease was dripping out of it. I have Not tried the Teriyaki Chicken as I was afraid to and the roasted pork fried rice which is a bright yellow and hard had no flavor & The pint of duck sauce I paid for had no flavor as well I have never had that that problem with duck sauce not having any taste. So that is why we are giving a three-star as there was some good & some bad but the bad outweighed the good for the price. I'm hoping they read their reviews and give some constructive feedback to the chef and why there was no flavor especially in the sesame beef zero flavor it tasted like grease. I'm hoping they change the chef and /or help him understand that these dishes are supposed to be extremely flavorful to your palate. but all in all the experience with the order taker and the delivery person was extremely positive the food did arrive piping hot and a large quantity but no flavor I hope this post is helpful.
