Third time ordering, missing items, receptionist was nice but could not replace, not spending $60 a meal to go without 1/10 of the things I ordered, out of the three times I asked for these items to be replaced, this time they're offering to replace the soda, the plates and the condiments, the first two times I lost $10 worth of items each first time order of chicken teriyaki, second time two spring rolls one soda, this time half the chicken teriyaki, missing one soda missing condomints, I offer all three receipts and a testimony and the only thing they're willing to replace is the soda and the condiments please do not spend $60 at this place like I do for nothing I will admit the receptionist is awesome she can only do so much it doesn't make up for my hard-earned money please figure out the receipt yourself don't let people rip you off

Their food is delicious and their prices are reasonable. Every time I order for my family and I I’m very pleased with the portions and the free 2 L is always a great bonus. I order from them at least once a month If not more. Best fried crab ragoons around!
Did not want to come up stairs and deliver it to me there pork is gross nevermind the rice and the shrimp was old and rubbery never again will I order here and very rude the delivery man tried taking his own tip as well
