Can’t even put the correct order how I ordered a 40 piece nugget with 2 X-Large fries and a mcchicken the door dasher gets here and I received a 10 piece chicken nugget with two small fries and no mcchicken bsff baffles me how do you not get that correctly!? And you can’t call them bc there number ain’t working!

Went there for frappe and the manager claims the machine is “down” clearly lying after stuttering to get the words out. If I could give no stars I would….would not recommend going

I stopped at this McDonald’s in the North End of Springfield since it’s open 24 hours — I was coming into town late and wanted to grab some food. When I got there, they told me they were only accepting cash, even though all my money was on my card. That was really inconvenient, especially at a 24-hour location where most people expect to be able to pay with card. It would’ve been helpful if there were signs or notices before ordering. Definitely disappointing experience.
